NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

Reference is hereby made to that certain trust inden-ture/deed of trust (“Deed of Trust”) dated 11/26/07, recorded as Instrument No. 569535, Book 170 page 0351, mortgage records of HILL County, Montana in which Ben Alexander, Unmarried was Grantor, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. was Beneficia-ry and American Title and Escrow was Trustee. First American Title Insurance Company has succeeded American Title and Escrow as Successor Trustee.
