    sambungkan tabung N2 , tabung refrigerant & pompa vacuum ke outdoor unit.

    shutoff valve & valve A~C harus terbuka atau tetutup sesuai dengan tabel

    Test press di lakukan hanya pada service port liquid & gas .

    Test presst:

    test press di papa liquid & gas dengan tekanan 40kg/cm2 or 568Psi (Max.) dengan N2 gas.

    test pressure dilakukan 24hrs. Jika tekanan tidak turun sistem tidak bocor

    jika tekanan turun,cari kebocoran dan test kembali.

    Pemvakuman:

    pemvakuman dilakukan pada pipa gas & liquid dengan menggunakan pompa vakum selama 2jam atau lebih samapai mendekati 760mmHg.

    biarkan selama 1hr & periksa kembali.

    jika tidak ada masalah, tambah refrigerant & check operation.

    Press & Hold for 5sec

    Calculate additional charge amount as below.

    ALWAYS charge using R410A refrigerant gas. (Charge in liq. State ONLY!)

    Below is the pre-charge amount of refrigerant in the respective system.

    Connect as below & perform manual refrigerant charging from liq. side.

    If additional charge above is not able to be charged fully, perform by field setting (Setting Mode 2 item no. 20).

    Perform Check operation by pressing the button on the outdoor PCB.

    Check operation will last for about 40mins and stops automatically.

    Check operation must be performed if not U3 error code will appear.

    After Check operation completes, perform test run of the system.
