W H at I S d I y m at C a b L e ?The Mat Cable is floor heating system which is developed

to make installation easy for a consumer.

It does not require any special tools and it is quickly

fixed to a clean subfloor using the attached adhesive

tape strips. The easy installation makes it an ideal

“Do it yourself” or Trade kit without any requirements

or experience needed for planning their layouts. Its

uncomplicated concept is specifically designed for the

professional user.

The electric heating Cable is attached to a tough fiber

glass mesh, rolled out before tiling and connected to a

programmable thermostat. It is suitable for in tile-adhesive,

thin set or in-screed floor heating applications directly

beneath the tile, stone, floating and timber floor

finishes, suitable sub-floors include concrete

slabs, F/C sheet floors or existing tile.

Feature oF CabLe on tHe mat

It is a specialized Heating Cable that can be installed easily by a consumer after purchasing. Inner thickness of the heating cable is 5.5mm. It has a cutting edge floor heating system coated primarily by Ni-Cr resistance wire and silicone with temperature resistance of 270°C current wire inserted and then coated with PVC. It is used easily and can be constructed at a place with a lot of moisture, time finishes and veranda. It also has minimized height of Cold lead that can be used easily with 1cm additional plastering.

Bind the wet temperature sensor to the cable.

It is an innovative heating system that uses heat and increased pressure generated by Heat Transfer Medium by heating the sealed X-L PIPE without boiler, in which water or other fluid is heated and water circulation motor which pumps water circulated in the PIPE. It is the innovative high energy efficient floor heating system that has no heat loss and achieves 30°C rise effect in temperature. Our patented pressure absorbing device absorbs too much internal pressure and also the heat transfer medium and carbon tissue absorbs the electromagnetic waves for a healthy life.Nucleate Boiling phenomenon:The process of forming steam bubbles within liquid in micro cavities adjacent to the wall if the wall temperature at the heat transfer surface rises above the saturation temperature while the bulk of the liquid is sub cooled. The bubbles grow until they reach some critical size, at which point they separate from the wall and are carried into the main fluid stream.

Pressure absorbing device:It absorbs the internal pressure caused the Nucleate Boiling.Double Coated Electric Wires:Since the conductor and the electric wire processing affect on product life and its function, make sure to read the followings. -Conductor : 7 Strained Nickel - Chrome Coil -The First Coating : Silicon Rubber coating that can stand very high temperature(270ºC) and has excellent insulating quality. -The Second Coating : Heat resistant Teflon rubber coating that is water resistant and chemical resistant.(Temperature resistance : 400ºC)Heat Conducing Medium:They should not freeze at twenty degrees below zero.Hearmless to Human Body Electromagnetic waves are absorbed by itself.CableCable should not exceed 20W/m.(According to Clause 5, Article 225 of Electric Installation Regulations. “The temperature of Electric wires should not exceed 80ºC” and/or “Internal Temperature of X-L should not exceed 80ºC")

Since it emits far infrared rays and anions, warm radiant heat can be felt for a healthy life.This fi lm is ideal during a certain time for the sectional space that needs to be heated because it requires a short period of time to make heat so suitable for customer, accommodation, office, church, restaurant, and stairs. For a more stable use, we recommend you to use the hardwood as the finishing material. If you are using the linoleum finishing or humid environment, you need to consult with a construction company

Burning resist PET application The ivory PET Film is used the XB-65 with VTH-2 chip in for heat defying insulation which has the UL Certificate and is manufactured by Doraysaeghan.

Wide si lver spaceThe silver space is for the space between carbon and copper bus bar where the electrical energy is converted to thermal energy. This space prevent spark, and is important part related to product life and safety. We broadened this space for safety.

Gravure print ingAs screen printing cannot print carbon tissue evenly, it is inappropriate for the heat generating plate. It can be partially overheated to cause fire and short circuit. We, however, have chosen the Gravure Rotary Printing Press to pursue safety by giving electric resistance evenly to the Heat Generating Plate.
