The voting rights were reckoned as on Friday, 08th Febmary,}OLg being the Cut-offdate forthe purpose of deciding the entidements of members eligible for voting on the Resolutions.

The Company had availed tlre e-voting facility offered by National Securities Depository Limited(NSDL) for the facility of evoting by the members of the Company from Monday, the ZSaFebruary,2019 (9.00 a.m.ISTJ to Tuesday, the 26o March, 2019 (S.00 p.m. tST).

The votes cast under e-votingfacilip and physical Postal Ballot forms received duringthe VotingPeriod i.e from Monlay, the 25tt February, 2019 (9.00 a.m. ISIJ to Tuesday, the 25u March, 2019(5CI0 p.m. IST) were thereafter unbloclrcd after tle condusion of the yoting period at 5.30 p.mon Tuesday, the 264 March, 2019 in the presence of two witnesses who were not in theemployment of the company.
