Gomments:Karl Wolfe of Wolfe Outdoor Services surveyed the stream on9114116 and observed adult pink and chum salmon up to Green Lake Road. Suitablespawning habitat exists near the stream mouth where low gradient and small gravel subshate exist; upstream of the mouth angular rock and gradientpreclude successful salmon spawning. MTR: C056S064 Quad: Sitka A-4Findings: Karl Wolfe of Wolfe Outdoor Services surveyed this stream with a GPS and observed

5 chum salmon and 2l pink salmon between the stream mouth and Green Lake Road (Table 1;

Figures 1,2). He also observed 16 chum salmon carcasses and 5 pink salmon carcasses. Karlobserved suitable pink and chum salmon spawning habitat near the stream mouth; upstream ofthe mouth, large angular substrate and discontinuous ephemeral water flow preclude successful

salmon spawning.Recommendations: Correct the stream route and reduce the upper extent to below the road
