Coming to work for a German companyhas given me the opportunity to develop professionally and at the same time flourish personally through meeting new people. (Ryan Thaner, Rice University, internship with Henkel in Duesseldorf)I know that in this increasingly global economy, international experience and cultural mastery are at a premium. The DAAD professional scholarship was the perfect way for me to attain these highly desirable skills and begin my career advancement in one of the worlds strongest, most dynamic economies.
