The final frame schedule shall be made at least 20 days before the start of
the tournament and shall be published on the organiser’s website.

ELIGIBLE PLAYERS: All players of clubs affiliated through their National Associations to the
BADMINTON WORLD FEDERATION
Participation in the Czech Junior International Orlová 2019 shall be restricted
to players born in 2001 or later.

If the required number of competitors is not met, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking.” Compliance with GCR 7.9: “In making or authorising entries, the Member concerned is reconfirming its acceptance, and acceptance by the Players being entered, of the BWF’s regulations and Disciplinary processes.”
ENTRY DEADLINE: 15th October 2019
ENTRY FEES: 30,- € for single, 25,- € for doubles per player.
The Member Association that enters a player/pair into a BEC Junior Circuit
tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player/pair. The
entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn
when the entry deadline passes. It is recommended that the entry fees are paid
by bank transfer, but the organisers can accept cash payments at tournaments.
The entry fees will not be refunded in the case of a withdrawal. For all the
withdrawn players the organisers can invoice the entry fee to the relevant
Member Association.

PRIZES Material prizes
ACCOMMODATION: Should be ordered together with the entries before 28th October 2019
PAYMENT: All payments must be done cash at the accreditation and in Euro only
(we don’t accept credit cards etc.).
It is possible to pay in advance by bank transfer, but a payer will bear the cost
of this. Amount 7 € will be included into invoice and paid together with Entry
fees or Accommodation.
INSURANCE: To be arranged individually by participants.
CONDITIONS OF PLAY: The tournament will be played in full accordance with the Laws of
Badminton and Competition Regulations as adopted by the BWF as well as
the Regulations of the Badminton Europe Junior Circuit 2019
In the events of any dispute, the Referee’s decision shall be final.
Competitors must be prepared to play at the times quoted in the order of play
for the events for which they have entered.
Competitors will be scratched if not ready to play when called. Therefore
competitors should not leave the playing area during the tournament without
the Referee’s permission.
Colour, design, lettering and advertising on clothing shall be regulated by
BWF Statutes, Section 5.2.3: Junior Tournament Regulations § 12 to 16. A
player violating these regulations shall be penalised by an administrative fine
of 50,00 EUR.
It is mandatory for the semi-finals and finals that partners in doubles wear the
same colour of the T-shirt and shorts/skirts. Failing to do so shall result in an
administrative fine of 50,00 EUR.
VISAS: “After entering a player(s) in the tournaments it is the Member Nation’s
responsibility to secure visas for their players – if this is needed. Make sure
that visa applications are made early enough. The Tournaments Organisers
will have to do everything possible to enable the entered players to get a
visa.“

DOPING CONTROL Doping control in badminton, in accordance with BWF Anti-Doping
Regulations, is conducted out-of-competition and in-competition with the
collection of urine and/or blood samples.
Athletes are responsible for any substance found in their body. Before an
athlete takes any medication, they should check with their doctor, and if
necessary, get a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE).

BADMINTON INTEGRITY Section 2.4 of the BWF Statutes (Code of Conduct in Relation to Betting,
Wagering and Irregular Match Results) relates to anti-corruption and anti-
match manipulation, and this code applies to all participants at this
tournament.
To protect the integrity of BWF sanctioned tournaments, participants are not
allowed to bet in any way on badminton matches, respect the principle of fair
play, and shall not attempt to influence the course or result of a game or
match.
Every person has an obligation to report to the BWF any approaches by
anyone to gather inside information or to change the outcome of a matches.

The requirements for accommodation will be satisfied as much as possible. The organizer has the authority to
make any changes in accommodation if necessary in order to arrange accommodation for all teams.
All hotels are without a breakfast! (Only Hotel Sport Karvina has an accommodation including breakfast.)
Hotel bills have to be paid to the local organizer before the championship, immediately on the arrival

Orlová lies in district of Karviná, near the boarders with Poland and the Slovak Republic.
It is 20 km far from Ostrava which is a city situated 400 km from Prague.
