The PDEA-CPIP (Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Chemicaland Pharmaceutical Industry Partnership) is a growingorganization of chemical and pharmaceutical industries whocommitted themselves to take active part in the prevention ofcommitted themselves to take active part in the prevention ofchemical diversion and illegal trade of essential chemicals andcontrolled substances.Thi ff i b i d k d h C li S i fThis effort is being undertaken under the Compliance Service ofPDEA to engage the industry against chemical diversion since2008. PCPICOP

The Philippine Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry CodeThe Philippine Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry Codeof Practice (PCPICOP) is in consonance with theMemorandum of Agreement (MOA) entered into by andb h i h i l d h i l i ibetween the various chemical and pharmaceutical associationsand entities and the PDEA. The PCPICOP has establisheduniform procedures and common approach to prevent theuniform procedures and common approach to prevent thediversion of precursor which will facilitate voluntarynotification of suspicious transactions by the industry to law
