u r b a n c o m m u t e – Any bike can ultimately be a commute bike, but here we’ll collate cross, hybrids, fl at bars, folding and electric bikes. Starting at £250 we have a commuter range for all budgets, and accessories such as waterproof panniers, i-phone holders and commuter computers make cycling to work a breeze.

l i f e s t y l e – This exciting department caters for ‘individuals’ and their varied lifestyles. We have bikes for all tastes from cool fi xies to beach cruisers, and everything in between; bikes don’t have to be practical because they’re fashion accessories and style statements. We buy them because we love them and have to have them!

r o a d – The increased popularity of road bikes can be part attributed to the rise of the MAMIL (Middle Age Men in Lycra), and the growth in Sportives, Triathlons and charity cycle rides. Celebrities are enthusiastically speaking out about their bikes, which helps encourage new participants to the sport, and with the Olympics round the corner we envisage sales to soar in line with our medal hopes!

m o u n t a i n – The UK leads the way in mountain biking. With enviable Trail centres and rolling countryside, us Brits benefi t from the world’s best mountain bike terrain. British brands Orange and Whyte are designed and tested on our doorstep making them ideal for riding in the UK, and following their success foreign brands send their bikes to the UK for development.
