Our mission is to be “The Company You Turn to First ”
Cybernet’s corporate message “Energy for Your Innovation” reects our dedication to our customers. Each one of us takes pride in building a strong partnership with customers who are also passionate about advanced technologies and monozukuri (the Japanese craftsman’s approach to manufacturing). Our goal is to be “the company you turn to rst” among manufacturing companies.
When customers face a challenge, we aim to be the rst partner they contact.Because our customers are always taking on new challenges, we expect that their needs will sometimes go beyond our past experiences. However, it is always our mission to provide optimal monozukuri solutions so that our customers can always depend on us and say, “With Cybernet’s help, we can solve it!”
As a professional partner
As a leading CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) solution provider, Cybernet has supplied CAE solutions for over 30 years in a wide array of fields, ranging from research and development (R&D) and engineering departments of manufacturing companies, to universities and government research institutes. As part of this process, Cybernet has established core competencies in the CAE field and developed competitive advantages superior to other companies. Also in the ICT field, we have extensive experience in providing total support through unique solutions and consulting services, such as IT asset management, endpoint security and cloud security.
Today, our engineering customers have high expectations for multi-domain solutions. At their monozukuri work-sites, in the past, they had separate simulations to analyze structures, fluids, heat transfer, light, and other parameters individually. They are now demanding simulation technologies that capture the entire system and perform multidomain simulations in an integrated manner. In addition, the use of IoT, big data, and AI in the ICT field is gaining ground, and we plan to combine CAE with visualization technologies to offer even more dynamic solutions.
We are focusing on generative design utilizing AI, digital twins utilizing IoT, and augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) to accelerate virtual engineering. We are actively pursuing the expansion of alliances with domestic and overseas vendors, and forming collaborative R&D partnerships with experts.
In addition, Cybernet Group includes the CAE vendors Maplesoft (Canada, STEM computing technology), Noesis (Belgium, optimization tools), and Sigmetrix (US, tolerance management tools). Furthermore, we act as sales agents in Asia for some of the world’s best-known cutting-edge CAE products.
For customers who take on these diversified and complicated monozukuri tasks, we aim to be recognized as a leading partner, by constantly responding to their issues with a professional approach, providing proposals that use cutting-edge technologies, and producing results that will satisfy customers. We feel that it is this recognition by customers that measures our success and makes us a true partner.
Our customers’ challenging requirements are the driving force for our growth. We aim to evolve our strategy and grow as a company, in order to live up to the expectations of customers.

IT solutions
Improving security in an IT environment that is becoming more complex and cloud basedIT environments have undergone extraordinary changes with the advent of cloud services, and the security of these complex environments is an issue of increasing concern. Cybernet provides IT solutions, including an IT Asset Management Contact Point, that can provide one-stop proposals, end-point security, and cloud security, helping companies manage increasing complexity, improve security levels, and make swifter management decisions. In addition, we offer the Cybernet CAE Cloud, which makes it possible to run CAE software on the cloud using our own cloud service management knowledge.
CAE solutions
Providing complete support for CAE in a wide variety of eldsCAE has continued to expand beyond the automotive, aviation, and electrical sectors, and now covers medical elds, sports science, food, and energy industries. Cybernet supports our customers’ product development with a wide range of CAE solutions that include mechanical CAE (analyzing stress, heat, vibration, noise, and uids), control CAE (developing automobile and electronics control devices), optical CAE and measurement systems (developing optical lenses, displays, lighting equipment, etc.), and electronic CAE (designing plated-printed circuits, high-speed signal transmission, etc.).
AR/VR, Visualization solutions
Connecting “data-to-people” and “people-to-people” with pioneering visualization technologiesWe offer efcient visualization solutions for the analysis of data gathered from experiments and observations in elds such as weather, the environment, and materials, as well as image analysis and medical imaging solutions including MRIs/CTs. In addition, we provide solutions for improved efciency in operations, design processes, education, technology transfer etc., using AR, MR, and VR technologies. We connect “data-to-people” and “people-to-people” with various pioneering technologies.
IoT, Digital Twin, AI services
Enabling facility maintenance and servitization in the manufacturing industry using IoTHow should the manufacturing industry adapt itself to trends driven by cutting-edge technologies such as IoT, digital twins, and AI? It has become possible to gather large volumes of data from objects, and reproduce these objects in the digital world, leading to reforms in production and SCM, and improved competitiveness in the market. Cybernet effectively uses the value obtained through CAE, not only in product design and development, but in the entire product life cycle, and offers facility maintenance and servitization (business as a service) in the manufacturing industry through unique IoT services, combining data science, digital twins, and AI technologies.
Big data solutions
Supporting the effective use of big dataWith the spread of IoT, huge amounts of data are being collected from R&D, design, manufacturing processes, and products shipped to market. This creates more opportunities for improvement in functionality and quality, as well as new value propositions. On the other hand, companies are struggling with issues around the understanding and efcient use of such data, including a lack of human resources with the necessary expertise. Cybernet offers “zero-order analysis” for the visualization and analysis of IoT data through simple operations not requiring advanced analytical knowledge. This process generates insights and new discoveries from big data, leading to the resolution of customer challenges.
Engineering services
Offering training, CAE education, and supportIn addition to technical support, responding to thousands of technical inquiries per month, our engineers provide educational seminars and consulting services in Japan on the introduction and use of software tools. We also offer similar services in China, Taiwan, South Korea, and Malaysia. Furthermore, the engineers of our specialized engineering service department push the limits to provide innovative solutions to a wide range of topics, difculty level, and specialization. In order to support people who are involved in monozukuri, we also offer a comprehensive CAE education system called “Cybernet CAE University” to provide various courses where customers can learn through experiments, practical training, classroom lectures, and e-learning.
