The average American

commuter takes 575GB of

company data home with

them at the end of every day.

More than 80% of business

users use cloud applications

without the knowledge or

support of corporate IT.

Users who unwittingly

download malware will in

turn introduce malware inside

the corporate firewall that is

designed to exfiltrate

confidential data.

In 2013 the rate of growth in

the appearance of new

mobile malware was far

greater than the growth rate

of new malware targeting

PCs.

Employees who use mobile

devices are at a greater risk

for data compromise.

The easiest route into an

organization is through its

weakest link…its people

CDSS training courses are taught by Certified

Information Privacy Professionals (CIPP) with years of

experience in Data Protection, Data Loss Prevention

(DLP), Special Ops support, Signals Intelligence, Biometric

Intelligence and National Security Plans and Strategy.

Cybersecurity Awareness Fundamentals Course (4hrs)

Mobile hacking has increased dramatically as people become more

dependent on Smart devices. As these devices get smarter, so do

cybercriminals. Employees increasingly use mobile devices for business and

cybercriminals are discovering a lucrative source of sensitive business and

client information. Companies pour millions of dollars into technical

cybersecurity solutions yet data breaches still occur. Why? Because people

are the weakest link in cybersecurity. An employee’s risky behavior, such as

downloading malware, clinking on a suspicious email link, using unsecured

Wi-Fi, and posting too much data on Social Media, is cause for great concern.

We help employees prepare for business trips, provide tips on what to avoid

while “on the road”, and offer recommendations on things to do upon their

return. Our goal is to help companies minimize the risk of costly data

breaches, potentially resulting in the potential loss of a company’s reputation,

damage to its brand, expensive fines and legal liability, and in some extreme

cases, bankruptcy.

Cybersecurity Awareness Fundamentals Plus Course (7hrs)

Based on the information, tips, and techniques participants receive in the

Fundamentals Course, this advanced course provides participants with more

in-depth knowledge of threats and risks, consequences of losing sensitive

personal, business and client data. Additionally, using only the information

provided on business cards, we provide each participant with their digital

persona. This digital persona illustrates how much information people

willingly place on the internet about themselves, their family and their

company. This information can be used by criminals, hackers, stalkers, and

corporate competitors to gain access to sensitive data. This exercise

highlights an participant’s responsibility to protect not only their privacy but

also their company’s data. Finally, we close the course with scenario based

training designed to reinforce positive behavior. Participants who finish this

course receive a Certificate of Completion signed by our Information Privacy

Professionals.
