Airbus A320 unlike conventional airplanes is a continuously improved airplane. According to Airbus “Flight crew training outcome depends on the competencies of the instructors who deliver the training. High quality training is the cheapest means to obtain safety. Training and assessing competency elements requires instructional skills."To have this skill the instructor needs to keep himself updated about technological and conceptual changes and in this continuous recent training experience plays essential part. I was employed at CAE Malaysia which is now called Asian Aviation Centre of excellence since March 2010 to Sept.2015 and I have conducted over 400 sessions which cover all aspects of type ratings. I have trained multicultural crews from following Air lines:

1. Indigo airlines from India2. Myanmar airways from Myanmar3. Air Asia Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, India and Philippines4. Jet star Japan, Jet star Singapore, Jet star Pacific from Vietnam.

I have kept myself updated about latest developments of A320 including STD 1.8c. I possess thorough knowledge of A320 aircraft, its intricacies due to its Fly By Wire design well beyond the requirements of SFI role. I use this knowledge to inculcate safe handling procedures among the trainees. I am current and even presently conducting A320 type rating as free lance SFI. I am in excellent health and capable of meeting the requirements of full time contract.
