Kirsty Young BSc. Hons • 07858 514236 • [email protected] Profile I am an analytical thinker and enjoy finding opportunities within a business that can aid development or growth. I utilize a blue-sky approach to capture initial requirements, before investigating the minutiae required for project delivery. I understand that stakeholder management is as crucial to the success of a project as much as technical ability and strive to constantly develop both skill sets simultaneously. My current project, as part of a two person team over a super-user control group of 20, selected from each strata of the business, involves the total standardisation of the future budgeting process from strategy to sign off and beyond. From proto-phase requirement gathering, through software development and up to stage release ‘go live’ Stakeholder engagement has been key, as is clarity surrounding development, accountability, change requests, risk management and the likely business impact of decisions made. This project is part of a seven stage overhaul to massively increase productivity and profitability. The synergy between not only teams, but heads of business, that will be gained from a non-fragmented approach to the allocation of financial resources will be very beneficial. Through this cohesive approach (optimising purity by collating a viable and robust data set) will allow us to track and predict trends, drastically improving productivity and profitability.
