Project Executed:

(I) In SHAH TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS PVT LTD

Currently working on Project Saurashtra-Narmada Avataran Irrigation Yojana Link-2, Pakage1,2&3, Project include two intermediate pumping station,3000mm dia ms pipe line of 51 km with operation and maintenance for 10 years.

(II) In PANUN ENTRACON PVT LTD.(From June 2010 to August 2014)

(I) 10 MGD Clear Water Pumping station at Saraikale khan, New Delhi. (Delhi Jal Board Project)

Erection, testing & commissioning of 500 KVA Transformer, HT Panel, LT PanelHT/LTCable laying,Earthing (Plate & Pipe) and Instrumentation systems,sluie valves, butterfly valves and other control valves,Erection of field instruments etc.

(II) 120 MGD Raw Water Pumping Station at Wazirarbad ,Delhi.(Delhi Jal Board Project)

Installation, testing & commissioning of 3250 KVA,125 KVA,Transformers,11/3.3KVElectricalSubstation, Field Insturmentation,Operation of Scada based Pumping Station, Erection of Vertical Turbine Pump,HT/LT Motors,Pipelines,Control valves etc.

(III) 20 MGD WATER TREATMENT AND RAW WATER PUMPING STATION at DELH(Delhi Jal Board Project)

Installation, testing & commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of 1600KVA Transformer,125 KVA ,11KV Substation DG Set ,LT Panel,Cable laying (Power and Control) Earthing of all equipments.Erection of control valves, transmitters,HT/LT Motors, Soft Stators,Instrumentation and control panel ,Plc based scada system etc.

Job Responsibilities-

Detail Engineering:

Preparation of P&ID’s, Instrument index, Instrument datasheets, JB schedules, Cable schedules, Termination detail, Logic diagram, Loop diagram, Interlock diagram, Hook up drawings, IO’s list, Control system designing, Selection of Instruments, calculations for various instruments, enquiry specifications, technical & commercial comparison statements, Preparation of BOM. Order specifications, purchase follow-ups, inspection and checking of materials arrived at site with respect to purchase orders etc.

Procurement:

Preparation and floatation of enquiries, To study and compare offers technically, Vendor technical documents review, Technical bid evaluation and recommendation, To conduct technical meetings with vendors, To perform factory acceptance tests and inspections at supplier end, To handle post receipt technical issues.

Erection & Commissioning:

To prepare the work order, To coordinate with contractors and project team in order to achieve daily Erection targets, To check and approve the contractors job, To perform commissioning of field instruments and control systems, To complete project within cost and time constrained environments, To handover the plant to maintenance team along with all necessary documents.

Technical Qualification:

Completed B.Tech in Electronic & Instrumentation Engg. From Priyadarshini college of computer science affiliated to U.P. Technical University,Lucknow in 2010 with 71.7%.
