The University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh Sept. 2013 — Mar. 2014 MPhys student – Design & commissioning of novel Transient Current Technique setup – 70 MeV proton irradiation at KeK of MCz and DOFZ Silicon diodes, with both diodes evaluated for radiation hardness at various fluences using TCT and CV/IV. Cern, Switzerland June 2013 — Sept. 2013 Summer student – Implemented analyses for the ATLAS FE-I4B testing in IBL QA. – Investigated parasitic noise in temperature sense of 3d FBK modules.
