HISTORY
1993 A GOOD BASE BUILD A GOOD FUTURE
In 1993, a student from Valladolid created the firm Informatización & Proyectos, with the objective of providing project development services to others architects established.
This first work experience put the basement for the following professional exercise us architects, with a comprehensive knowledge of the reality of the architecture projects.
In 1995 Luis Felipe Penalva begin their career us architect.
After that we make a lot of projects and construction managements about: All types of housing, Sport pavilions, Residences for the elderly, Schools, a private Hospital, streets urbanizations, rehabilitation of churches, schools and facades, municipal advisory, legal reports and surveys, and real estate viability studies, in 2007 I founded the company ARQUIDIMOP 93, with a long multidisciplinary experience.

WHO WE ARE. HUMAN TEAM
From the begining until now I´ve extended my knowledges by a continued formation and for the application of the new technologies and construction systems.
ARQUIDIMOP 93 always have held a special agreement with the Valladolid University, in order to incorporate in our production processes last courses architecture students, whose have improved their skills through our experience and have added fresh ideas to our firm.
For the development of complex projects we have a working group formed by engineers and specialised professionals in all areas of architecture services: Structures, facilities, safety and photorealist views.
This multidisciplinary team is managed and coordinated by our architecture studio.

In ARQUIDIMOP 93 we are compromised with the quality in our projects and construction management, so that there aren´t subsequent disputes in building fase because of the plans or the budget.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
In ARQUIDIMOP 93 are sensitized with the respect of environment and we have always in mind the legacy than we want leave to future generations.
For that in our productive and constructive processes we try to use construction standards that may require minimal carbon footprint as possible:
Minimal use of paper. In all project processes only use digital basis and present all through the Internet to administrations.
Building materials. Preferential use of natural or recycled materials, in order to avoid the generation of greenhouse effect gases in its production. The facades of stone and timber structures lessen this impact.
Building facilities. The technology offer us some facilities systems who lessen our impact in environment: Biomass boilers, solar placs for hot water, aerotherms air-water and recirculating air conditioning.
Constructives sistems. We use constructive systems with higher features than required by the rules of energy saving.
General concept. Thanks to our knowledges of energy efficiency we made projects who meet the requirements of Green Building Council and Passiv Hauss.

EDUCATION CENTRE FOR CHILDREN. BURGOS. SPAIN The education centre was born because the Burgos Council needed to improve their social services, and with its construction this part of the city complete the minors care for 102 little children. The project adapts its morphology to the plot form and creates one services block, an administration block and 7 classrooms for children from 0 to 3 years old.

SPORT PAVILION. SANCHONUNO. SEGOVIA. SPAIN The Sanchonuno´s Council decided to build a sport pavilion with “fronton” in order to accommodate the different sport activities of the village. The sport hall have a handball court, 500 people bleachers, changing rooms under them and some maintenance rooms. The morphology adapts to the necessary height of fronton´s game and the height of bleachers.

MUNICIPAL FRONTON. VALLELADO. SEGOVIA. SPAIN The Vallelado´s council needed a covered fronton to celebrate the International Championship in 2002. The sport pavilion have a court of 36 m length, 500 people bleachers, changing rooms under them and some maintenance rooms. The morphology adapts to the necessary height of fronton´s game and the height of bleachers.

7 TERRACED HOUSES AND CIVIL CENTRE. CARPIO. VALLADOLID. SPAIN. The regional administration of Castilla and Leon proposed a contest for building 7 terraced houses, a civic centre, the necessary urban services and the improvement of the sport zone around those houses, in the municipality of Carpio, Valladolid, to accommodate disadvantaged people. The project meets the rules of social housing and it´s developed in a zone where are the council´s sports and education areas.

SPAIN Sant Cebrian´s Council needed to improve the children classrooms conditions and the multipurpose rooms of school build, for giving a better service to the population. The project improve the accessibility, the carpentry, the heating, electricity, telecommunications systems and the in and out finishes of the early twentieth century building which is located.

CHURCH RESTAURATION. PORTILLO. VALLADOLID. SPAIN The regional administration of Castilla and Leon, together with the Portillo´s Council decided the restore of the S. Juan church, in order to improve the inside bad conditions, with humidity, falls of material and the low light. The project improve the inside finishes of flooring, vaults, walls, carpentry, lighting and heating systems.

IMPROVEMENT OF URBAN WATER SUPPLY. VALLELADO. SEGOVIA. SPAIN The council of Vallelado needed to improve the mainline supply of the municipality due to limescale build in pipes. The project creates a new line of supply from the municipal deposit, with new connections, keys and wells.

SPAIN The Recoletas Group commissioned us the Project of a Private Hospital to expand their healthcare offer in Valladolid, in a residential zone in Zaratan at only 4 Km distance to Valladolid. The Project has images diagnostic service, clinical analyzes, pharmacy, rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, medical consultation rooms, day hospital, emergency service, 6 surgeon rooms, 1 maternity ward, 62 patient single and double rooms and 13 maternity rooms.
