This allows an even BTU exchange into the complete batch, resulting in a uniformbatch temperature and eliminating hot orcold spots. Pressure, temperature, agitationand time can all be independently andaccurately controlled. Blades are bi-directional and variable speed. Pressureranges from full vacuum to high pressure.
