Results gained / Outstanding projects: Part of the team to Win everything with everyone – Vietnam Networks:

I have been the lead solution manager orand CSR for 9 out of 12 16 Won and ongoing Core opportunities in Vietnam (marked with red color), to ensure the readiness of core network for the LTE mass deployment in 2017.

MSS Modernization: Modernized Ericsson MSS in Mobifone (18.8 Million Subscribers – 70% market share) and in VNPT (24.5 Million Subscribers – 80% market share) to Ericsson latest MSS solution with cloud ready based Blade Cluster Platform. It is to concrete strengthen Ericsson MSS position as the dominated vendor in Core network in both Mobifone and VNPT against Huawei and NSN.

EPC: Break-in EPC in both Mobifone and VNPT, where NSN dominated the market with 100% market share for many years. Leveraged Ericsson position from 0% to 70% market share in both customers. There were two highlighted achievements here:

o To engage and influence the RFP with Ericsson key features to disqualified NSN in the technical round, won the tender with 20% higher price compared to our competitor in Mobifone tender.

o To swap out NSN’s PCRF in VNPT network, gain more market share in EPC and supported VNPT as first operator in Vietnam with LTE 600Mbps demo using e2e Ericsson solution.

IMS: Won first two virtual IMS in South East Asia with Viettel (8 Million subscribers) and VNPT (200K subscribers), establishing first yet strong footprint in NFV and Cloud area, which is the key focus area for Ericsson Vietnam in many years to come.

More important, beside the business deals, become Trusted-Advisor for the customers regarding Ericsson Core Solution, especially for coming LTE deployment.

Roles / Responsibilities: Driving pre-sales activities for VNPT account in both technical and pre-sales

budget management. Single point of contact toward VNPT customer in technical for both Core

and Radio. Supporting Core pre-sales for Mobifone customer.

Results gained / Outstanding projects: Protected and expanded Ericsson Radio area in VNPT network with 2G re-

UDM Won: First ZTE UDC Swap in the world in VNPT network. There were two important achievements here:

o To engage with customer to solve their pain points of existing ZTE UDC by using Ericsson UDC solution, created the need to swap the ZTE UDC in customer C level.

o To engage technical level in customer with Ericsson technical specifications and key selling points to win the tender against NSN. This was the first Ericsson UDC project in Vietnam, paving the way for bigger UDC deals in Vietnam with Viettel and Mobifone.
