How did we get there?
Our Beliefs• All students can learn and achieve at very
high levels
• My responsibility is to insure all students do learn and achieve
• Teachers who take responsibility for their students learning see much higher results than those who blame
• All teachers can become effective if they want to and work hard to learn how
• Schools that perform low are typically focused on adult issues and not focused upon their students needs - we can change that if we choose to
Vision• “To prepare all students to become first
class citizens with a world class education”
• “Students don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”
• 21st Century Skills
• Critical Thinking
• Collaboration
• Communication
• Cultural Literacy
• Technology
• Character Education
