- Prepare & Float the RFQ as per project/tender specification, prepare cost comparison

and assist negotiation

-Processing of PO to relevant vendors/supplier ensuring follow-up till delivery of

material at site.

-Develop RFX (RFI/RFP/RFQ) documents including the pricing sheets, and run the events

through eSourcing /eAuction tools.

-Analyze suppliers pricing submission and responses to the capability/technical

questionnaire.

-Prepare reports based on the analysis of supplier responses.
