Hobbies and Interests

As a keen athlete, I have engaged in many team and individual sports, ranging from football and basketball to rowing and triathlon. I am currently in training for triathlons and my ambition is to complete an Ironman. I love challenging myself, whether that is physically or mentally, and I always demand perfection in what I do. Alongside competing and training in sports, I also have written fitness and nutrition articles, several of which have been published.

Whilst being a keen athlete with an academic background in sports science, I enjoy keeping up to date and reading the latest articles or topics which can improve my own diet, training programme and technique.

International food and drink is another passion of mine, from cooking to the tasting experience. Especially trying out new healthy recipes, and ‘creating’ new recipes. This compliments my professional nutrition ambition, keeping me up to date with nutritional health trends and inspiring client diet plans.
