Training in L&T, Pune related to electrical switchgears known as ILTS.

Presently working with IREO Pvt.Ltd. Gurgaon as a DGM – Technology Project Implementation since July 2015 onwards.

c) Assist the FM’s of various DLF malls (Star & South point in GGN, Galleria & City Center in Delhi) in process of technical (Sub-Station, DG Sets etc.) handing-Taking over.

Worked with Hutchison Essar Mobile Services Ltd. New Delhi, (A Mobile Services Provider Company) as an Engineer – Network Operations from June 2005 to Jan. 2007.

Job profile -: Operation and maintenance of complete infrastructure related to Electrical and HVAC at two MSC hub and lead a team of Supervisors & Technicians to maintain Electrical infrastructure at MSC locations, corporate offices & Hutch Shops (Delhi & NCR).The infrastructure at 2 MSC locations includes DG sets of the capacity of 4 X 500 KVA, 400 KVAR capacitor bank, Split AC / PAC AC, Battery Banks of 12000 AH used as backup during switch over period, Rectifiers / UPS / Inverters for Switch and other telecom equipments.

Existing Project: To assist HOD in the project of New MSC Location at Piragarhi, Delhi. The project includes installation of 11 KV Sub-station, DG Sets (2 X 500 KVA & 1 X 750 KVA) with PLC based synchronization, installation of Power plant (SMPS), AC Units (Precision and Comfort), UPS, LT panels, Fire suppression system, CCTV, etc. as per requirement.

Individually handled new LT Panel up gradation Project (from 1200 Amp. To 2000 Amp Capacity) and completed successfully at main MSC location in Okhla. Completed renovation project of DATA Center with dual redundant power supply and Precision Air-Conditioning (PAC).

Worked with UPPALS ORCHID, A 5 Star Ecotel Hotel, New Delhi (member of Leading Hotels of the World) As Shift Engineer from July 2003 to June 2005.

Job profile -: Operation and maintenance of 625 KVA*1, 320 KVA*2 CUMMINS make DG sets, 130TR*2 and 80TR*1 CARRER make AC Plant, BMS and FAS System (Johnson Controls make), Hot Water generator with capacity of 2 lac Kilo-calorie/hour, STP Plant and other miscellaneous equipment related to hospitality services.
