Project Quality Coordinator

The Project Quality Coordinator shall report directly to the Project Manager, and be responsible for the preparation, implementation and maintenance of this Project Quality Plan, including the identification, preparation and implementation of work and administrative procedures, as deemed applicable.

The Projects Quality Coordinator shall represent the Project on all matters pertinent to the Project Quality Management System as established by the Projects Quality Plan and System Procedures including the following specific requirements:

• Validating the compliance of the Project Quality Plan in accordance with the applicable Contractual Codes and Standards, the Contract, Specification, IFC drawings and the Kentz Management Systems as requirements.

• Review Documentation Control in accordance with the Clients requirements (where required)

• Identifying any deficiencies within the system and validating, including any the Clients change approvals, which Corrective Action has been taken to eliminate and prevent recurrence of identified deficiencies.

• Review monthly the Document Control registers, as part of the PMI report

• Maintain registers of Punch-lists and NCR’s• Maintain registers of RFI’s • Maintain the Master Punch list• Validating that personnel operating in the Quality

Control Function are adequately trained and competent in performing their designated tasks.

• Ensure all Project Test Equipment is calibrated to SANAS standards, and copies of Calibration Certificates held on site.

• Review periodically the Assets Registers for welding equipment, to ensure calibration of this equipment is maintained.

• Validating by audit and/or surveillance inspections of the Project Quality Plan at Project level is being

adequately implemented;• Ensuring Supplier / Manufacturers / Sub-Contractors

Assessments are being performed in accordance with the Kentz Management System and the Clients requirements, as detailed herein.

• Conduct surveillance inspections of key Sub-Contractors & Manufacturers

• Review periodically the material packaging, logistics, inspections and stock control requirements are being maintained, incompliance with the Project Procurement Execution Plan and Logistics requirements for both free-issued and purchased materials, as detailed Within the Project Procurement Execution Plan, and the Material Control Procedure.

• Progressively develop the projects Quality Data Packs requirements throughout the project, and associated Handover Dossier information, as per QMS 360P requirements.

• In conjunction with the Project Manager, review the Project Quality Plan for compliance with the Project Management System and changes thereto and to initiate changes to the Project Quality Plan for the Project as deemed necessary.

• Develop the Projects Work Packs, Inspection, and Test Plans for use on the project and confirm that the Quality and accuracy of all installations, inspections and tests, including Sub-Contractors works meet the requirements of the Kentz Management System, associated Contractual Codes and Standard requirements and in accordance with the Project current Drawings, and Specification requirements.

• Ensure all Inspection, Testing and Commissioning activities are being completed and comply with the nominated acceptance criteria’s.

• Ensure Technical Compliance and Material Preservation requirements on site.

• Maintain a Tracker register of all Project Work Packs and QCP’s, and shall review and approve Sub-Contractor QCP’s.

• Formally issue the Clients Quality representative a Request for Inspection (RFI) advice, to attend and witness the Projects Inspection Verification requirements. The detailed Quality Inspection and Testing processes for the Project are detailed in Section 7 of this plan.

• In conjunction with the Procurement Manager, verification that the Project Manufacturing activities are in accordance with the Project requirements and associated Project QCP requirements,

• Responsible for the final Handover Documentation including associated verifications and Certificates of Compliance and Safety.

• Issue Inspection notification to the Clients for audits, inspections etc. in accordance with the subcontractor(s) QCP requirements, and sign-off on the associated Witness and Hold Points.

On the successful completion of all QCP’s, the Project Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring they interface
