1997 ~ 2013 Midlands Co-op Society Senior Field Engineer/CCTV Project ManagerDuties/responsibilities:

Started as TV Bench Repair Engineer before taking control of CCTV installs I earned promotion some in short space of time where I became in charge of the design,

manage and installation of cctv for the MCS property portfolio. Working closely with Loss Prevention time constantly updating procedures to combat internal

& external theft Support & supervision of Field Engineers Working as part of a Project Team to undertake a variety of tasks within Retail and pro-active

with assessing future developments. Formulating of Risk Assessments & Method Statements Project Management of CCTV installs inc costs, staff and equipment availability etc Responsibility for minimum of 6 Field & 3 Bench Engineers at any one time. I have worked with Vista, Panasonic, Tecton, Samsung, DM, Videotech, Pelco & Dennard

units amongst others throughout my time as a CCTV engineer Organising workloads within a defined geographical region from across Society's trading area

of 12 counties.
