Carbide drill OEMs such as Sandvik, Mitsubishi, Guhring, Sumitomo, and others have recognized Alliance Innovative through official certification as a national factory authorized sharpening center. CUSTOM TOOLING Manufacture: Drills, Reamers, Form Endmills, Porting Cutters, Radius Tools, Step Endmills, Step Drills, Prototypes Modification: Spindowns, Steps, Radiuses, Chamfers Material: Carbide / HSS / Cobalt Type: Solid / Coolant-Through All tooling is produced on CNC tool and cutter grinders equipped with on-board optical measurement and inspection equipment. Offline 3D simulation software for full and true 3D simulation of the grinding process; achieving advanced tool modeling and design without taking any machine off production.
