Due to the unique welding operationsfor the frames, only small amounts ofmaterial have to be removed from theframe on the boring and millingmachines, reducing this way theheating of the frame and thevibrations during machining.Extreme long machine life becauseof minimal structural stress during the cutting at maximum thickness.

Vimercati applies extensively a standardizedmodular concept to manufacture a wide rangeof press brakes and guillotine shears. Differentcutting lengths and thicknesses, differentfrontal and rear devices (squaring arms, frontalsupports, rolling feeders, rear supports,stacking systems, conveyors).

The best high – tech components areused for the production in series of standardmodules which can be mounted easily in a“standard machine” (published in eachcatalogue or web site).

But the best standard features do notalways meet or solve the customer´sproduction requirements.

Combination of fixed squaring arm with stops and 2manually movable front supports. For easy adjustment tothe various lengths and to avoid hanging down of thesheets, the squaring arm and the front supports areequipped also with retractable lateral support arms. Theoperator can move the 2 front supports to the optimalworking position.

Flexible shear for various cutting sizes: CH 3100 x 12 cuts special material in various sizes, the smallest ofthem being 10 x 10 mm. Special inclined shear where first cutting operation providesstrips which are cut afterwards into small parts to besupplied to foundaries for melting (for instance nickel).

Anti – torsion device:Not acceptable distorsions may occur the narrower thestrip to be cut and the larger the cutting angle of the shear.To remedy this fact, a series of hydraulic cylinders serve ascounter pressure during the shearing movement.
