WELDING

• Our Welding Department is Approved to ASME IX with all procedures approved by Lloyds Register/DNV GL Dual Approved Procedures

• Our Welders have many years experience and have approvals including –

625/4130, 625/8630, Stellite/4130, Stellite/8630, Stellite/316, LF2, 316, 316/LF2 etc.

• We also have our own in house Metallurgist and Welding/NDT Engineer for all Technical issues and Project related requirements, giving our Customers an all round technical package on all Welding Materials and Non-Destructive Testing Issues.

Riser Preservation

Understanding the requirement for correct preservation and storage of Riser Joints & Auxiliary Lines we offer a high level of offsite and onsite

preservation.

Some of the services include.

• Pressure washing (UHP) of internal bores and corrosion inhabiting compounds.

• Degreasing and polishing of pin & box sealing areas.

• Corrosion resistant coating sprays.

• (if required) Design of robust main riser pin & box protectors.

• Continual reporting of Preservation to monitor deterioration.
