Marketing Messages—CUtopia’s Audio Response enables your marketing team to easily develop and deliver customized marketing messages to promote products and services or communicate other key information while your members are using the system, helping you leverage every member interaction.

Alerts—Audio Response offers both account alerts and event alerts. Our account alert feature puts members fully in control of their finances from any touch-tone phone. Members can select the types of alerts they’d like to receive, even setting specific criteria such as the dollar amount below which they don’t want their account to fall below. Members can also make an immediate, on-the-spot transfer to add money to a particular account or modify their bill payment schedule over the phone. Our event alert capabilities will help remind your members of important dates of their choosing, such as birthdays, anniversaries and other events in a quick, efficient manner.

Two-Factor Authentication—At CUtopia, security is always a priority. That’s why our Audio Response system has an add-on module for two-factor authentication should you want that level of security. We protect your members’ privacy by requiring an additional layer of authentication, linking their telephone number with member- defined challenge questions before performing a transaction such as a funds transfer or loan payment.

SmartMessages—A powerful and effective add-on feature, SmartMessages enable your credit union to del iver customized marketing message’s to a member profile grouping you designate. You simply craft the message and identify the specific account profile that should receive that particular message. Once the member enters CUtopia’s Audio Response system, they will hear the SmartMessage intended for them.

Online Service Center and Reports (OSCAR)—This powerful tool is our service portal where our clients can log and manage their overall relationship with CUtopia. Specifically, it allows your credit union to perform many high lev-el management functions, such as managing member access, generating key performance and management dashboard reports, serving members and much more, all from one central location.
