Three Easy Steps to Fast, Secure Online Statements
1. On either the paper or electronic application, answer “Yes” here. Be sure you provide your email address on page 1.
2. When a claim is processed, you’ll receive an email with a link to Mutual of Omaha’s Customer Access Sign In page on mutualofomaha.com.
3. Create an account if you don’t have one. Click “Not Registered?” Enter your policy number, date of birth and last four digits of your Social Security number.
Then, whenever you want to see your explanation of benefits and claims payment history, type in your username and password to sign into the “Your Account” secured page.
Tip: Bookmark or save the “Sign In” page as a favorite.
That’s it. You’re done!
