In the middle of all this we are giving away 85,000 jobs annually to foreigners on H-1b visas. These jobs belong to the American people not the people of other countries. In this time of crisis the United States should p ut its own people first so we ask you the judge to stand with us as we affirm that the United States federal government should significantly change its policy toward India  by abolishing the H- 1b visa program.
