Customization of Location

Locations are the actual work sites of your employees

– Internal addresses – External addresses for tax authorities, agencies, etc.

– Shared across business groups or specific to one

Step 1 : Check the Existing Address Style (United Kingdom) and its segments

Navigation : Work Structure--> Location

Note: We can Add or Remove any segment in Location Flexfield which come from Descriptive Flexfield

(Location%Address%) and (Personal%Address%Information%)for Particular Location

Step 2 : Removing the Address Line3

Navigation : System Admin--> Application-->Flexfield-->Descriptive-->Segments-->Query the Existing

DFF(Location%Address%) or (Personal%Address%Information%)

It is context Field Values is GB Name: United Kingdom Desc: UK Address Style select it and click on

segments

Step 3 : Select UK Address Style: Unfreeze the Flexfield and Click on the Segment

Step 4 : Delete the Address Line3 and Save it and Add Mobile Number in the Segment Name, save it and make sure about the Sequence order, Freeze it and

compile it

Step 5 : Return to the Application : Check the Work Location you will find the changes
