CUSTOMER SERVICE:For assistance with shipments, or checking order status, please contact Customer Service at 800-255-6730. Returns are coordinated through Customer Service and will require a ReturnAuthorization Number which must accompany returned products. If the return is due to customererror, the return is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
TECHNICAL SERVICE:Inquiries for technical information, product performance, or updates on new products should bedirected to Technical Service at 800-447-3641.
SHIPPING:Orders received by REMEL before 2:00 P.M. (customer local time) will be shipped the same daythey are received, unless otherwise requested, for delivery within 1-2 days. Orders requiring special handling, will be assessed an additional fee. All shipments are sent F.O.B. point of origin(shipping point). Freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice as a separate item.There is a minimum charge per shipment for shipping and handling. A hazmat charge will beprocessed for shipment of hazardous materials. We recommend consolidating all hazardous materials onto a single order to minimize hazmat charges.
TERMS:Terms are NET 30 days from the date of invoice. Payment is to be made in U.S. dollars.
STANDING ORDERS:Standing orders are welcome. Changes in standing orders must be received at least 10 workingdays prior to shipment.
CUSTOM FORMULATIONS:REMEL welcomes requests for custom formulations made to your specifications.
TECHNICAL MANUAL:Product information and quality control specifications, which include NCCLS guidelines for certain prepared media, are provided in REMEL's Technical Manual. For a copy of the manualplease contact your Technical Sales Representative or Technical Service.
MSDS and CERTIFICATES OF QUALITY:MSDS and Certificates of Quality are available upon request at 800-255-6730 ext. 22. Requestscan also be made at www.remel.com.
WARRANTY:REMEL guarantees that all REMEL products will perform satisfactorily for their intended use, ifstored as directed and used before the expiration date. If a product does not meet your satisfaction,please notify us immediately.
