Customer FacingApparel Information(forward facing employee)
Customer Facing Clothing PackageSales / Managers/Customer Facing Employees should have the below company clothing package along with 250 business cards. You will also be able to add/upgrade apparell to your order and pay the di�erence.
Employee allocation requires the following:Three (3) Polo Shirts - 354055/358890Two (2) Dress Shirts - RH370/RH470The shirts can be any combination for a total of �ve (5).

After Allocation Budget ReachedOnce you have depleted your allocation budget, you will have the ability to purchase more Apparel on the Protegis store with a credit card. A processing fee of 3% will be included on all transactions.
ALL EMPLOYEES WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO PURCHASE OVER 40 DIFFERENT CLOTHING OPTIONS.

Protegis Store AnnouncementIt is with great pleasure and excitement that we introduce the NEW Protegis Fire & Safety E-Store that will give you the ability to order all your Protegis Corporate Branded Apparel, Corporate Print Collateral including: Hang Tags, Stationary, Business Cards, Labels and Marketing Material online.
OUR ONLINE ORDER PROCESS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: The Corporate Branded Apparel E-Store will compile and process all online order requests twice monthly. The �rst order process period will be between the 1st and 15th and these orders will be processed on the 16th of every month. The second order process period will be between the 16th and 31st of each month and these orders will be processed on the 26th. All orders will go into production and be delivered within 5 – 7 business days and/or by the end of the first week of the following month. The Print-on-Demand E-Store orders will be processed immediately and delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

Accessing the Protegis Store Our new E-Store is very user friendly. Basic instructions are outlined below, but should you have any questions and/or need clari�cation when placing your order, please contact our Protegis Fire & Safety Store Account Manager, Francine Artiste at [email protected] or 216.544.3665 for immediate assistance.

1. Click on the Protegis Store Icon /Link that was located in your Protegis E-Store Email.
a. Enter your user name: _________________________b. Enter your password: __________________________
2. Select the location, for which you will be ordering, from the drop down menu.
3. Click the enter button to continue to the mallfront screen.

BASIC HOME NAVIGATION Protegis Store Home NavigationWelcome to the Home page of the Protegis Fire & Safety E-Stores. Below you will �nd the descriptions of the main navigation menu.
Home - At any time during the process (after selecting an E-Store) you may click on the Protegis Logo and the system will bring you back to the mall front showing all the available eStores. Order History - you will be able to review all previous orders that were processed.Shopping Cart - After you have clicked on the E-Store category, you can view you current shopping cartSearch - After you have clicked on an E-Store category or subcategory, go to the Search �eld on the top navigation bar of your screen. Contact Us - You will be able to contact the store admin at anytime.

Corporate Branded Apparel- Each Store has a separate category that you can start ordering from. *PLEASE BE AWARE* you will not be able to order both apparel and print material in the same shopping cart.
Corporate Print Collateral - You will be able to purchase all service material (with approval)
Customer Service - You will be able to contact the store admin at anytime.

Finding What You NeedBROWSING1. Using the top menu bar, move your mouse over each E-Store and through each category and subcategory available.
2. Click on the category or subcategory of interest. The system will take you to a listing of items available in that category or subcategory.
3. All of the products in your E-Store are sorted into categories for easier selection.
4. Click on the thumbnail picture or the short description to go to a screen containing important details related to the item, such as a larger picture, quantity on hand (if inventory), special information on ordering, item content, etc. (See Branded Apparel Ordering or Print Collateral Ordering) SEARCHING1. After you have clicked on an E-Store category or subcategory, go to the Search �eld on the top navigation bar of your screen.
2. Type one or two keywords related to the item you are looking for and the system will bring up all items containing those words. If you know the item number, you may search by entering that number in the appropriate �eld.

7. The system will take you to the Shopping Cart 8. You can change the quantity of any item you are ordering by clicking in the Quantity �eld and changing the amount. 9. You can also eliminate an item by clicking the Delete box at the end of the item line. 10. To update any changes made in your shopping cart, click Update Changes, located at the bottom of the shopping cart screen. OR Continue Shopping , Proceed to Checkout.

PRINTED COLLATERAL CHECKOUT 1. Shipping Information will be defaulted to the location that was selected when entering the store. The Billing Information at the top of the screen is static and will always be the corporate o�ce.
2. Review the checkout screen to make sure everything is correct. You can Make Changes, Cancel Order, or Order Now.2a. Make Changes - Will take you back to the Shopping Cart Screen2b.
