Highest Rank Achieved - The highest rank achieved for the lifetime of the Associate is considered permanent from that point forward for recognition purposes.

Earned Rank - rank achieved or re-qualified for in the current week using the natural (regular and normal) qualifiers for the rank achieved.Paid-As Rank - The Instant or Vested Rank at which the Associate is eligible to be paid in the respective pay period. For the purpose of ALL discussions and examples of compensation throughout this document the rank is always considered to be the Paid-As Rank.

Vested Rank (temporary) - rank is vested temporarily for 5 Week-To-Date periods (includes current week) when "earned" (achieved or re-qualified) during the current week.

Vested Rank (permanent) - Sr Executive and higher rank is PERMANENTLY vested when qualified (earned naturally) for a period of 13 weeks in a row. That rank and can never be reduced or taken away as long as the Personal Qualifying Volume(PQV) for Sr Executive rank (no matter the highest rank achieved) is maintained every 5 Week-To-Date periods (includes current week). Otherwise the Paid-As rank reverts to whatever rank is currently earned or vested temporarily. If previously vested permanently at a higher rank even if the Sr Executive rank is NOT maintained periodically, by re- qualifying at the Sr Executive rank the permanently vested rank once again becomes the Paid-As Rank.

[1] Personal Qualifying Volume (PQV)is derived from the Qualifying Volume (QV) of your Customer Order Volume (COV) and/or your Personal Order Volume (POV) calculated from last five (5) Week-To-Date periods (including current week). NOTE: There are no mandatory personal purchase qualifiers in this plan in order to get paid from the Pay-Plan or advance in rank.

[2] Personal Team Qualifier (PTQ)provides for alternative or optional ways to achieve and maintain a rank with ranked legs OR volume from your Personal Team. Team Qualifying Volume (TQV) can come from your personally enrolled Brand Promoter Volume (BPV) and/or your personal Customer Order Volume (COV). Sr Executive rank and higher requires minimum 10% or more of the Team Qualifying Volume (TQV) volume must come from Customer Order Volume (COV). NOTE: 100% of this qualifier can come from Customer Order Volume (COV).

*Active leg is where a Brand Promoter anywhere (top-to-bottom) in a required leg is meeting the minimum Personal Qualifying Volume (40QV). Leg starts at Level 1 following the placement tree genealogy and extends to the bottom of that leg. Must have 3 "active" Level 1 legs from the 3 Star rank to Crown Ambassador rank. It is recommended to have 5 or more "active" Level 1 legs in the event a leg goes inactive.

**Ranked Legs are based on required rank being anywhere (bottom-to-top) in each leg. The rank required must be an earned rank and not an instant rank. Legs start at Level 1 following the placement tree genealogy.

Qualifying Volume (QV) = each Clar8ty product has a qualifying volume value assigned to it for determining qualifiers.

Qualifying Volume (PQV) = your customer order QV and/or your own personal order QV.

Personal Team = your Customers and your personally enrolled Brand Promoters and their customers.

Brand Promoter Volume (BPV) = your sponsored Brand Promoter personal orders and their customer orders.

Company Founder’s StatementAs founders, owners, and executives of the Company we are extremely sensitive to the unique and varied needs of our Independent Business Owners hereinafter referred to as IBOs. We’ve been in the field and built large organizations and we've experienced the amazing positives and detrimental negatives of being a representative for one or more network marketing companies. We've also experienced the positives and negatives of owning and managing one or more companies. There is a delicate balance of how a Company conducts its business and how it applies its policies in a manner that provides fairness and justice to all concerned. It is with this in mind that we propose the following IBO Bill of Rights, ethics, guidelines, and considerations.

Bill of Rights, Ethics, Guidelines, and Considerations1.First and foremost the Company acknowledges that without its IBO's the Company would not exist nor thrive and without the Company there would be no opportunity for the IBO. Therefore, it is a right that our IBO's expect, know, and understand that they are valued, respected, held in the highest esteem, honor, and gratitude, and that the relationship between the Company and the IBO is of paramount mutual importance to each other.

2.IBOs have the right to be treated literally, legally, and figuratively 100% as an Independent Contractor. Meaning specifically that the Company does not own nor can it dictate or direct its IBO's in any manner that would cause them to be considered anything other than an Independent Contractor by law. The Company will not cause nor in any way require any IBO to jeopardize the status of being an Independent Contractor.

3.IBOs have the right, as Independent Contractors, to be involved in ANY business venture of any kind and be involved in any number of business ventures as long as the IBO follows and adheres to the code of ethics, company policies and procedures. (Note: If an IBO enrolls in the Company and spends one hour, or a year, and/or builds for a few months and never builds again the Company will always be grateful and thankful for whatever time, energy, and effort that was or is expended to benefit the Company. This is accomplished through our core values and partially through the pay-plan in how it pay and rank vesting.)

4.IBOs have the right to NEVER be in fear of termination, suspension, or losing their income as long as the actions of the IBO are not in conflict with and/or are detrimental to the Company, the upline, or other IBO's in the Company. The Company has a zero-termination mind-set but under very specific unacceptable, extreme, unpredictable circumstances the Company would exercise it’s right to terminate or suspend a IBO’s business with just cause. Should there be such situations arise the IBO has the right to a fair and independent recourse. In the event of permanent termination IBO's have the right to have their "case" reviewed by a council of IBO's of which the recommendation of this council will be taken with the upmost consideration by the Company.

5.IBOs have the right to know that the Company understands that in today’s marketplace with all the varying means of promotion that the actions of an IBO becomes extremely transparent and visible to those within and without the Company no matter what the IBO is promoting. Many positives and negatives can come as a result and we ask our IBO's to be sensitive and aware of the impact their actions can have on the Company and respective IBO organizations in the act of promoting their business or businesses.

6.IBOs have the right to join and participate in any legitimate business association of their choice even a competing opportunity. IBO's have the right to maintain their former and/or current personal and/or business relationship(s) it had and/or continues to have with those whom they personally enroll including those not personally enrolled in their organization or outside their organization with whom they had a former personal or business relationship prior to either’s involvement in the Company. However, in most cases or situations it would be unethical to directly or knowingly involve those whom are otherwise NOT personally enrolled by the IBO in competing opportunities.

7.IBOs have the right to expect that the Company has taken reasonable steps to insure that the products, services, and business structure/compensation and marketing plans are properly represented, vetted, maintain uncompromised quality, and meet any and all legal and regulatory standards where applicable as well as carry the appropriate product liability, general liability, errors and omissions coverages.

8.IBOs have the right to renew their annual agreement/contract without material breach thereof and have the right to transfer or sell their Independent Contractor business to any third party that would qualify as an IBO and following the Company policies and procedures established for such transactions.

9.IBOs have the right to communicate, be heard, and listened to by the Company as long as that communication is respectful, courteous, and constructive. The Company will make every reasonable effort to take into consideration any and all communication, suggestions, and recommendations from its IBOs.

10.IBOs have the right to a consistent and balanced business operations with minimal changes that would negatively impact the majority. However, ultimately, the Company must exercise its discretion in all business matters regardless of the impact. But know that the Company will always make every effort to do what is right and in the best interest of all concerned no matter the situation. 11.IBOs have the right and are entitled to be covered by these rights, ethics, considerations, and guidelines equally regardless of sales quotas, performance, rank, or title including the right to fair and consistent treatment.

Glossary Of TermsACTIVE STATUS

A Brand Promoter is considered Active when they have reached the Personal Qualifying Volume requirement for the rank achieved in the last five weekly periods including the current week. This volume may be derived from Retail or Preferred Customer Sales either offline or online, or although not required from personal purchases.

ASSOCIATE (IBO)

A person or company who has completed the IBO-Independent Business Owner application, has agreed to the terms, conditions, policies, procedures, had their application accepted and approved by the company, and paid the initial or annual registration fee. Associate is the first step in rank, however, no matter what rank is achieved IBO is considered an Associate.

AUTOSHIP A subscription to a monthly standing-order or back-up order of pre-selected product(s) that processes periodically automatically on a predetermined date each month. Autoship is not mandatory and is made available as a convenience for Brand Promoters and Customers alike. Autoship provides special discounted pricing on all orders.

BONUS VOLUME

Each product, product package (pak), combo, etc., is assigned a value upon which bonuses in the pay-plan are calculated.

BRAND PROMOTER

Associate who sponsors other Brand Promoters, develops Customers, and produces Qualifying Volume are considered Brand Promoters.

COMPRESSION In the Unilevel Income compression is utilized going up the Co-Sponsor Tree (placement); or in the Leadership, Generation, Matching, and Instant Bonus it goes up the Sponsor-Tree (enroller); from the point of sale the computer skips over unqualified or inactive positions up the tree(s).

CO-SPONSOR The Associate who is directly above another Associate in the Unilevel structure. The Co-Sponsor may or may not be the Sponsor of the Associate. See Placement.

CUSTOMER A customer does not participate in the pay-plan as a Brand Promoter. There are three types of Customers: (1) those who register online and purchase at the retail price; or (2) non-registered or guest Customers who order online at the retail price or directly from a Brand Promoter at the retail price; or (3) those who register online and enroll in Autoship referred to as Preferred Customers.

DOWNLINE Associates and Customers in the enroller or placement tree Genealogy below an Associate.

DYNAMIC COMPRESSION

The Leadership Income portion of the pay-plan utilizes dynamic compression going up the Sponsor-Tree (enroller) in order to pay the qualified rank.

ENROLLER TREE Genealogical line of progression based on who sponsored (enrolled) a Customer or Associate. Sponsor and Enroller are synonymous and is utilized for Generation Income, Leadership Income, Instant Success Bonuses, Matching Bonus, and Group Volume calculations.

GENEALOGY This is the Company’s overall genealogical structure indicating the upline and downline connections and positioning of Associates and Customers via the Sponsor Tree or Co-Sponsor Tree.

GROUP VOLUME (GV)

Only for recognition purposes following the enroller tree genealogy Group Volume is the floating sum of all the Qualifying Volume of all the orders placed by Customers and Brand Promoters during the last five(5) weekly periods; or the sum of all the pending Customer and Brand Promoter Autoship orders for the next five(5) weekly periods calculated to the bottom of all legs starting with each personally sponsored leg; whichever’s greater; or the cumulative sum of all Qualifying Volume.

LEG Where a Brand Promoter anywhere in a leg required is meeting the minimum Qualifying Volume(QV). Leg starts at Level 1 in the Co-Sponsor (placement) Tree and extends to the bottom of the leg. Level 1 legs can have the same sponsor and co-sponsor, or be co-sponsored "placed" legs.

LOYALTY REWARD POINTS

A numerical value assigned to various promotions, activities, actions, and achievements which are described in the Loyalty Rewards Program.

PLACEMENT TREE

Genealogical line of progression based on Co-Sponsor (Placement) of the Associate and is utilized ONLY in the Unilevel Income portion of the plan.

PREFERRED CUSTOMER

Customer who is subscribed to the Standing Order Subscription.

RANK Title and Pin achievement level in the plan that determines the various bonuses that are paid based on what the Associate is qualified or eligible to receive.

SPONSOR Associate who personally sponsors (act of referring or enrolling) a Customer or Associate is the Sponsor.

UPLINE This refers to the Associate(s) above a new or existing Associate in the Genealogy via the Sponsor-Tree (enroller) or Co-Sponsor-Tree (placement).
