HOW TO ORDER1). Email all orders and vector artwork to [email protected]. Emailed orders will be acknowledged via reply confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation within two business days of submitting an order, call Customer Service at 855-922-8626. If unable to email orders, fax to 800-959-4452.

2). Digital proofs and an order proforma will be emailed for your approval within three business days after receipt of PO and artwork. Once we receive your approval and payment the order is released to production.

Because additional revisions and proofs incur a graphics fee, please submit artwork showing exact imprint placement and explain any modifications in detail on the PO. Delays in providing a complete PO, useable artwork, or approvals may result in production and shipping delays.

Standard production lead time is 8-10 business days after order/proof approval and any prepayment required. Lead time during our peak volume season, April through September, is 15 days after approval. Croakies’ dynamic team of Customer Service Specialists are available for assistance, 8:30 am - 5 pm EST, Mon-Fri.

REPEAT ORDERSThe set up fee is a one-time charge for new artwork and also applies when using repeat artwork on a new product. When placing repeat orders, please refer to previous PO#(s) if possible.

Choose any of our vibrant colors, available in two sizes: Croakies and XL Croakies. Croakies easily slide over frame sizes up to 1/4” wide providing a tight and lasting fit. XL Croakies fit wider frames up to 5/8” wide and have a larger opening.

• We cannot guarantee exact placement of your art on the finished products. - That means that each finished product will vary in what portion of your artwork it shows.

• Keep in mind the size of your product when designing your artwork. Art that is too long may be oddly cropped on the finished product.

Tips:• Medium Dog collars are only 10-16” wide. A repeating design of 3-6” will work best.• Lanyards work best with a design that repeats every 3-10”.• Belts will be trimmed to fit by each wearer. A repeating pattern of 4-12” will look best on a belt when trimmed.

Digital Artwork FilesFor silkscreened products, customer supplied artwork should be a digital vector file in the following formats: vector eps or pdf files or Illustrator vector files. All fonts in the file must be converted to outlines. For silkscreen purposes all type must be at least 12 points in size and all lines and linespaces need to be 1 point in size. Please keep in mind that we silkscreen solid lineart only, we cannot print halftones, gradations or greyscale images. If your art contains these elements it will need to be modified. If specific ink colors are to be printed, please make sure the document clearly lists which colors they are. Currently we support Pantone and Wilflex color matching systems. Exact color match is not guaranteed due to different products and printing processes, however every effort will be made to match as close as possible. See pg 8 for art imprint area templates.

Other Artwork FilesOther forms of artwork are acceptable and generally work, but could possibly result in extra costs and delays. Web graphics are not suitable because they are only 72dpi - not 300 dpi. If you send us artwork in a digital format other than listed above be aware that a). we may not be able to open the file, and b). we will have to spend additional time reformatting, reconstructing and separating artwork to meet our requirements for printing. This will incur additional artwork charges and will delay the completion of your order. Artwork charges are $56.00 per hour with an one hour minimum.

CREDITApprovalCroakies accounts, whether N-30 or prepay, must be set up before processing custom imprint orders. Credit approval from our Credit Department is required to receive net 30 day terms. Credit Application must be authorized by a principal, proprietor, or partner of your organization. Allow up to one week processing time when applying for net 30 day terms.

Pricing PolicyPricing is based on order quantity. Croakies reserves the right to change pricing of products or services without notice.

If I change my artwork on a reorder, will I have to pay a new setup fee?Yes. A setup fee is charged for changing the structure or content of an existing logo or text imprint, and for using repeat art on a new product.

How many inks can I use?Most products can be imprinted with up to 6 ink colors. The only exceptions to this is Suiters which can be printed in up to two, non-touching and non-registering inks colors.

Do I have to pay the setup fee when I place a reorder?The setup fee is not charged for a repeat order which is printed in the same color separation(s), on the same product. Note, you can reprint a previous order in the same or different ink color(s) as long as there are no structural changes to the existing art.
