Goal:

1. Acceleration of the system harmonization using efficient tools and information2. Consistently transparent business processes up to technical settings3. Ensuring no carrying of transports from different phases into the system by Quality Gates

Minimization of transport risks by the comprehensive implementation of Change Control Management

The transportation of transport copies during the project was a huge support.

Quality Gate Management is not solving all transport problems but it offers an important assistance

Outlook:

Quality Gate Management will be increasingly used for SAP projects in the future. In additionthe use of QGM is tested for the coordination of development waves.
