I was also responsible to look after the customers in regions like HALDIA,RAIGARH from

Aug 2011 till April’2012.

We cater to the IBR safety valves required in all the boilers made by OEM’s like Thermal

Systems, Harimachines, Cheema ,Thermax ,Thyssenkrupp, Cethal

Vessels,Walchandnagar,Techno electric,L & T MHI. etc for all of their projects based in

Eastern India.

Prime customers in this regions include IOCL BARAUNI,DIGBOI,PARADEEP

NUMALIGARH REFINERY,JSPL ANGUL, all cement, steel and sponge iron plants,

chemical and fertilizers, Captive power plants and Integral power plants etc.

Prime projects execution handling at PRAXAIR PARADIP,GAIL LAKWA,NRL

WAX PROJECT, BCPL ASSAM, IOCL PARADIP,JSPL ANGUL.

a) I was responsible for completion of commissioning job.

b) Pre and Post Order payment col lection.

c) Generation of further spares and conversion order business.

2. Maximize MRO (Maintenance replacement order)business in the region by

targeting replacement for Competitor's Valves Like BHEL,AUDCO, MEKASTAR

ENGINEERING etc and Safety valves made from Chinese OEM customers .

3. Day to day Interaction with OEM Branch Offices / Consultants / Turnkey Customers like

L&T,WESMAN,BOC,HARIMACHINE,TECHNO ELECTRIC,VOLTAS,NICCO for their various

projects.

4. Collection of Payments –both PROVISIONAL & RISK Account Receivables.

5. Providing product presentation and training to Customers as I have done in plants like

Vedanta Jharsuguda, Haldia Petrochemicals, IOCL Haldia, Barauni,Paradip,Navabharat Ventures

etc.

6. Making cold calls and generating new customers.

7. Traveling almost includes 15-18 days in a month.

8. Monitoring competitor's strategy and attending price bid opening in Indian oil tenders so as to

get updated idea about their pricing and product range.

9. Collect back Bank guarantees, security deposits etc.

10. Pre order / Post order follow ups and also providing after sales support

11. Submission of offer in time and follow up the Orders.

safety valve specialist by them.

• I am successful in achieving my sales target for all the financial years that I have worked with tyco.

target 280 lakhs given from April’12-March’13,achived-410 lakhs.

target 300 lakhs givrn from April 13’-March’14 achieved-340 lakhs.

Target 350 lakhs given from April 14’-March’15 achieved-480 lakhs.

• I was successful in generation of 8-12 new customers for my region in every financial year.

• Achieved zero overdue payments pending for all the customers of our branch and achieved the award

for best branch in payment collection for consecutive 2 financial years.
