Carried out a full Training and Organisational Needs Analysis
Created Anti-Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Sanctions Training packages, to meet regulatory standards required by the FSA and financial authorities globally
Managed implementation of a compulsory online learning package across 51 countries, 33 divisions and 155,000 people, on time and to budget
Designed and development Targeted Training across the bank, across 9 divisions and 24 specific roles reaching in excess of 75,000 employees. A first for any bank to take on and a great success, with other large banks following this model.

Carried out a complete analysis of training requirements across the bank in the area of on-boarding, KYC/KYB and role specific training. Developed the curriculum for these areas.
Produced a strategy document to inform the future delivery requirements of financial training across the bank.
Engagement Manager, KPMG Learning Academy, LondonJuly 2014 – February 2015
Managed the development of training for various banking organisations. Created e-learning training packages for VAT Fraud, KYC, AML/STF, On-boarding and Financial Competency Frameworks.
Script writing, managing narrators, instructional designers and project managers
Worked with a Police force on their training requirements, completing a Performance Needs Analysis and Training Needs Analysis. Developed extensive classroom delivery materials and monitored the quality of materials produced.
Executive Adviser, National Literacy Trust and the All Party Parliamentary Group on Literacy and employability (KPMG), LondonJune 2013 – December 2013
Extensive research across schools, Ofsted, employers, teachers, MPs & Lords, young people and business organisations
