October 2014 – June 2015: Labourer Longpine Roofing and Property Maintenance, PO Box 282, Wallingford, Oxon OX10 1AZ This was a full-time job working on site doing a variety of jobs. They included roofing (including tiling, pointing, felting and batons, and flat roofs), fencing, painting, guttering, among others. Whilst working on site I have been responsible for replacing tiles which included some pointing work, making the mortar for pointing and bedding tiles, carrying tiles, gas bottles, rolls of felt etc. I was also expected to help out with other tasks where necessary. I worked part-time behind the bar and within the restaurant on a weekly basis, mainly evenings and/or weekends. I was always in contact with members of the public serving drinks and food, as well as taking orders. I have gained skills in people management, customer service, and prioritising orders, as well as working within a team or individually.

I worked in British Home Stores for a week, and gained valuable experience in the retail industry as well as gaining new people skills.
