Theatrical Consultation and Installation

2014 Montclair Yoga in Montclair, NJ I met with Freespace Dance Executives to assess the studio space, review and order lighting equipment and hardware to install permanent hanging positions in the studio. After the hardware and equipment was purchased I installed everything with a small crew.

2010 St. Rose of Lima Middle School in Short Hills, NJ During my second year as the director for the eighth grade musical production, produced by Pushcart Players in Verona, NJ, I produced a technical evaluation for architectural

changes and a lighting / acoustic equipment wish list for proposed renovations to the school administration for the gymnasium which also doubles as their performance space.2009-10 Luna Stage formerly Montclair, NJ currently West Orange, NJ Consultation with Luna Stage concerned their move from Montclair, NJ to a new building being renovated in West Orange, NJ. I reviewed the plans for the new spaces and conferred with the engineers concerning installation of a grid for hanging equipment and scenery, and assessed the functionality of the placement of items like power switches and the theatres dimming, electronic protocol and sound systems to make the new space quiet, efficient and easy for the multiple staff and departments that will come to use the space and equipment. I also consulted with staff concerning assets including scenic items, costumes, props and electrics to move or to be disposed.

2008 Gas Lamp Players Glen Ridge, NJ and the Glen Ridge Middle School I met with GLP executives, school administrators and teachers and did a consultation concerning safety procedures for rigging, lighting and backstage management for multiple groups utilizing the middle school auditorium and equipment. I also produced working Ground Plans of the Stage and the Auditorium for the organizations and Labeled the Circuitry on the House Electrics.

2006 Vital Theatre (NYC) and Fordham High School for the Arts (The Bronx) I met with Vital executives and FHS administrators and teachers concerning safety, acoustics, lighting and rigging in the auditorium at Fordham High School. There was deterioration on line sets and in equipment due to the lack of use and maintenance over a course of several decades.
