In addition I was required to: Assist with international partners in the final design Take part in international meetings and teleconferences Procure and assemble electrical components and test apparatus Arrange shipment of dangerous goods to our international partners Become proficient in LDS vibration hardware and control software Use Labview and Matlab for accelerometer acquisition and analysis Design and manufacture test jigs Create technical documents signed off by ESA FP7 project reviewers Find and liaise with an external contractor for thermal vacuum testing Present to an international audience at a final review meeting The job gave me experience working in a large international team across several sites applying myself to a multimillion Euro project. I worked to ESAs quality assurance and space engineering testing standards ECSS-Q-ST-70C and ECSS-E-ST-10-03C respectively whilst working to a compressed schedule to meet the final deadline.
