Flood Fact Sheets Developed to meet the needs of flood affected families in Illinois. Topics include: Important Illinois Phone Numbers for the Flood of 1993; Insurance and the Flood; Grants and Loans: What's Available; Federal Taxes and the Flood; Staying Healthy During and After a Disaster (this sheet was prepared in cooperation with members of the Foods, Nutrition and Wellness Extension Team); Cleaning up after the flood (with M. Sohn); Consumer Fraud. 5,500 copies distributed.

Telephone database

Database of over 450 emergency telephone numbers developed to meet the needs of unit leaders, educators and the general public affected by the flood. The database is cross-referenced by county and key words. The database can be accessed electronically through the Internet system statewide.
