    Current AccountKey Facts DocumentEffective from 31 March 2015These Specific Terms and Conditions apply in addition to our General Terms and Conditions.

    This account may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

    1. EligibilityTo be eligible to open this account you must be 18 years old or over and live in the UK for tax purposes. The maximum number of 1I2I3Current Accounts is two; you may only hold one single and one joint 1I2I3 Current Account (or one of each). Any additional requests for a1I2I3 Current Account may result in a joint account holder becoming aware of your existing 1I2I3 Current Account(s). If you open or hold anyadditional 1I2I3 Current Account(s), we may change them to another current account. We will give you at least two months personal noticeif we decide to change the account. If you are not happy with the change, you are free to close the account or there may be other currentaccounts available to you.

    2. Joint AccountA maximum of two people can be named on the account.

    3. Monthly Account FeeThe fee for this account is 2 per month

    The monthly account fee is taken for the previous month on the same day each month on the date the account was opened or transferred.The monthly account fee will be taken every month from your account (including any months you do not qualify for interest and cashback)until you instruct us to close or transfer your account.

    If there are insufficient funds in your account to cover the monthly account fee, the fee will still be debited. If the payment of the 2 monthlyaccount fee takes you into an Arranged or Unarranged Overdraft, Overdraft Usage Fees will still apply. If the debit of the monthly account fee doestake you into an Unarranged Overdraft, you will not be charged a Paid Transaction Fee.

    4. Monthly Funding RequirementsYou must pay at least 500 into your account every month. This is not a calendar month, it is the monthly anniversary from the date youopened/transferred your account. The 500 minimum monthly payment does not include refunded amounts from your Visa Debit cardor amounts transferred into the account from another Santander account in your name (including any joint accounts). Transfers in from aSantander Business Account do count towards the minimum 500 payment.

    5.1 Interest

    Interest is paid on the whole account balance once the balance is at least 1,000. No interest is earned when your balance is below 1,000or over 20,000. We work out interest on your daily balance on the first 20,000 only and pay interest every month. We pay interest intothe current account on the same day each month, depending on the date you opened or transferred your account. Interest will not be paidfor any month where you fail to meet the eligibility requirements as detailed in Section 5.

    5.2 Cashback amount and categories

    Cashback is a monthly cash reward to be paid directly into your 1I2I3 Current Account providing you meet the ongoing eligibility criteria setout in Conditions 4 and 5.

    Payments for financial or ancillary services (such as servicing and maintenance arrangements, warranties or insurance) from organisationswithin eligible cashback categories will not qualify for cashback.

    Cashback can only be earned on eligible Direct Debit payments for UK residences and only for their domestic use. Direct Debit payments forcommercial purposes will not qualify for cashback. Cashback is calculated and supplied by Santander UK plc and not the organisation withinthe eligible cashback category. This cashback does not impact on any other offers supplied by one of these organisations.

    Cashback will only be paid on the net transaction within your monthly statement period. For example, if you are refunded or part-refundedyour Direct Debit payment, we will pay cashback on the net amount paid to the organisation.

    The total cashback earned in each statement period will be credited to your account. You can check your statement or visit Online Bankingto find out which date we pay your cashback.

    5.3 Santander 1I2I3 Current Account Eligible Originators Classification Listing

    Cashback can only be earned through Direct Debit payments within the categories to companies categorised as water, electricity, gas orcommunications suppliers or as council tax issuing institutions in the Santander 1I2I3 Current Account Eligible Originators ClassificationListing. This list has been built using the BACS OIN* Codes table which contains all companies, including major providers of these servicesthat issue Direct Debit payments in the UK. Santander has made every effort to ensure the classification and categorisation is accurate andthe cashback payments will be based on the categorisation that has been made by Santander and as detailed in the Santander 1I2I3 EligibleOriginators Classification Listing.

    *Originator Identification Number (OIN) is a Unique six digit number allocated to each organisation or service user who is authorised to usethe Direct Debit Scheme.

    If you consider any of your Direct Debit payments corresponded to an eligible category or you have a query related to an organisationor payment then please call us on 08459 724 724. If we confirm the category should be updated, we will do this and payments will beadjusted in future from that point onwards but not adjusted retrospectively. See below on where to find out more and where to viewour list of eligible companies. For an up-to-date Santander 1I2I3 Current Account Eligible Originators Classification Listing, please visitwww.santander.co.uk or ask in your local branch. If you have a specific query about an organisation or how much cashback you have earned,please call us on 08459 724 724.

    6. ChargesAt Santander, we want to make all of our fees clear and simple. You can see these in the fees table in Section 6.1. We will take overdraft feesfrom your account 22 days from the end date of the statement in which you were notified. You can discuss, at any time, any fees or interestwe have charged you, including why they have been charged. Speak to us in our branches or call us on 08459 724 724.

    All overdrafts are subject to status. We may require you to repay the credit in full on demand at any time. If our rates and fees increase,we will give you at least 60 days personal notice.

    6.2 Arranged Overdrafts

    This is when your balance is below zero but within an agreed limit. You must agree the limit with us before it is available to use. You cancontact us to discuss a new Arranged Overdraft, or an extension to an existing Arranged Overdraft, by calling us on 08459 724 724 or byspeaking to a member of staff in branch. Requests can also be taken via Santander Online Banking at santander.co.uk.

    6.3 Unarranged Overdraft

    This is when we have paid a transaction that has taken you beyond your Arranged Overdraft limit or has taken your account balance belowzero without having an Arranged Overdraft in place.

    6.4Paid and Unpaid Transaction Fees

    If you attempt to make a payment when you do not have enough money in your account, based on your individual circumstances we willdecide whether or not to let you make the payment. If we allow the payment, you will move into an Unarranged Overdraft.

    We do not charge Paid and Unpaid Transaction Fees on the 1I2I3 Current Account.

    7. Switching Your AccountIf you ask us to, we will switch your current account from another bank or building society to us. Your switchwill be covered by the Current Account Switch Service (CASS) Guarantee as long as your existing bank orbuilding society is a participant of CASS. You can find more information about this on the Switching yourcurrent account to us information sheet and the General Terms & Conditions for Current Accounts and SavingsAccounts. The processing of your switch starts 6 working days before your chosen switch completion date. Your old current account willautomatically close on your completion date. After the completion date we will automatically forward and redirect any payments made to orattempted to be taken from your old current account to your new current account at Santander for a period of 36 months. It is important tonote that the processing of the switch starts 6 working days before the switch completion date and once started cannot be stopped and yourold account will close. If you need to discuss the progress of your switch to Santander please contact us on 0845 609 0010 where we will behappy to help you. Lines are open Monday Friday 8am to 7pm and 9am to 2pm Saturdays.

    If you switch your account to us, we will give you a four-month interest-free and fee-free Arranged Overdraft (depending on your circumstances).If you have to pay any Unarranged Overdraft Usage Fees due to an error during the switching process, we will refund them in full.

    8. Account ClosureYou have the right to cancel your account within 14 days of receiving your Account Opening Documentation. This is known as the cooling-off period. If you close or transfer your account part way through your monthly statement period, any cashback you have earned will not becredited to your account. Interest earned in this period will be credited to your account on closure or transfer. You can close the account atany other time by going to a Santander branch.

    9. Changes to Specific Conditions

    9.1 We may add (or remove) with immediate effect organisations that are included within the eligible cashback categories depending ontheir business type or to correct a mistake.

    9.2 We may change these Specific Conditions including the eligible cashback categories the rates of cashback, or withdrawing cashback,by giving you no less than 60 days notice. We will communicate these changes as set out in Condition 16.5 in section 2A of yourGeneral Terms & Conditions for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts. Interest earned in this period will be credited to youraccount on closure or transfer.

    10. DeclarationBy signing the Agreement for this account you declare that:

    You have been provided with documentation detailing the key features of the account, including the Pre-Contractual Information forOverdrafts and you would like to proceed with your application.

    All the Terms and Conditions have been made available to you and you agree to be bound by them.

    2. Description of the main features of the credit product

    The type of creditOverdraft.

    The total amount of credit. This means the total amount available under the agreement or the credit limit.

    We have assumed that this will be 1,200. The actual amount, which may be different from this figure, will be confirmed in the OverdraftAgreement letter.

    The duration of the credit agreement

    The agreement has no fixed duration.

    Repayment of the credit

    We may require you to repay the credit in full on demand at any time.

    3. Costs of the creditThis account does not incur debit interest.

    If you use your Arranged Overdraft within your agreed limit, the following fees will apply:

We will only change our interest rates or fees in the circumstances set out inour General Terms and Conditions.

    Costs in the case of late paymentsThere are no charges for late or missed payments.

    4 Other important legal aspectsTermination of the credit agreementOverdrafts are repayable on demand. Subject to the Consumer Credit Act, if we do decide to remove or reduce your overdraft limit wewill normally give you 30 days personal notification of our intention.

    Consultation with a credit reference agencyIf we decide not to proceed with an agreement for an overdraft on the basis of information received from a credit reference agency, wewill inform you of this and provide you with their name, address and telephone number.

    If applicable, the period of time during which the creditor is bound by the pre-contractual informationThis information is valid until you enter into an overdraft agreement with us.

    AER stands for Annual Equivalent Rate and shows what the interest rate would be if we paid interest and added it to your account each year. The gross rate is the interest rate we pay before income tax is takenoff. The net rate is the interest rate we pay after deduction of income tax at the rate specified by law. Rates may change and we pay interest each month. EAR stands for Effective Annual Rate and represents theyearly cost of an overdraft, which takes account of how often we charge interest to the account, and does not include any other fees or charges. Overdrafts depend on your circumstances and you must repayany overdraft when we ask in line with our General Terms and Conditions.

    2. Keeping track of your accounts

    Monthly Statements

    Your statement will show you all transactions since the date of your last statement. We recommend that you check your statement carefullyand let us know as soon as possible if there are any mistakes or any unauthorised payments.

    Going Paperless

    If you prefer, you can opt-out of receiving paper statements, and instead receive them as an e-Document. If you are registered for OnlineBanking, you can opt to switch off Paper Statements via logging on to Online Banking, choosing the Account Services tab and selectinge-Documents.
