TERMS Your order will only be processed once full payment has been received. Payment can be made by BACS.

CARRIAGE CHARGES Delivery is free of charge to all Isle of Man addresses. For orders above £250 delivery is free of charge to mainland Britain. We reserve the right to determine the delivery method where a delivery is requested for a specific time, an extra charge will be made for this service.

RETURNS Goods are sold on a ‘sale or return’ basis. Goods should be inspected at the time of delivery and any loss or damage reported within 48 hours and confirmed in writing. If you are unable to inspect the goods at the time of delivery, please ensure that the goods are signed for ‘not examined’. Damaged or returned goods must be collected before a credit will be issued.

LEAD TIMES All orders will be delivered by the 16th May 2014.Where delivery dates are given, they are given in good faith and, in the event of a delivery delay; CuppaCo will not be liable for any consequences of the delay and shall remain entitled to deliver the goods to you and to receive payment for them.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE Products should be stored cool and dry to obtain maximum shelf life. Shelf life for ‘Cuppa TTea’ is 18 months. Shelf life for ‘Roast 1907’ is 8 months.
