authorizes Kevin Weasler and Culver's to discuss with the Village of Northbrook and all related

governmental agencies, the development of a Culver's restaurant on our property. The location

of our property is the southwest corner outlot on Sanders and Dundee Road in the Sanders Court

Shopping Center.

Dear Village Board of Trustees,

We are excited to propose a new Culver’s restaurant for the Village of Northbrook!

The proposed location is on the southwest corner of Dundee Road and Sanders Road on the Sanders Court property.

We would like to build a new Culver’s restaurant that will be approximately 4100 square feet with a drive through. The restaurant will have 89 seats. There will be 25 parking spots on the Culver’s lot and by lease agreement, access to the immediate shopping center parking to the south (at least 45 more parking spots shared). We’ve attached a site plan depicting this. We will hire approximately 60 team members and hope that most of them are from the local community.

The restaurant will be owned and operated by Kevin Weasler and Michael Galla. Kevin has owned and operated the Culver’s of Buffalo Grove since 2003 and Culver’s of Lincolnshire since 2018. Michael has worked with Culver’s since 2008 and currently is the General Manager of Culver’s of Lincolnshire. Michael has graduated from the Culver Franchising Mentorship Program, and will be an operating partner for the Culver’s of Northbrook. Michael and Kevin are excited to bring experienced leaders to the new restaurant and to hire and train future ones.

We are excited to be part of the Northbrook community. Community involvement is at the core of Culver’s operating philosophy and we look forward to being of this great community.
