Whether you are staying with us or not, Baoase Luxury Resort has a wide range of activities and culinary

experiences to offer. Visitors are more than welcome to enjoy a day in paradise and use the luxury facilities

of the resort.

When visiting Baoase Luxury Resort, you can;

• Spend a day at Baoase’s beach with our Beach Day Pass.

• Enjoy our Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.

• Celebrate your special occasion. For more information, consult our Events, Wedding and Getting

Engaged brochures.

Please keep in mind that Baoase Luxury Resort is a private property. To guarantee the privacy and safety

of our guests and visitors, the number of visitors allowed for tours, day passes, and restaurant reservations

is subject to the occupancy on the resort. When the resort experiences a high occupancy, availability

for visitors can be very limited. We need to hold seats for our resort guests until 2PM. Therefore, most

reservations are placed on a waiting list.

Reservations are required and must be made via restaurant@baoase.com. All reservations need to be

confirmed by email. Some dinner reservations are subject to Terms and Conditions which may include pre-

payments and a strict cancellation policy.

BREAKFASTThe most important meal of the day done right.

Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 AM till 11:00 AM at Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant. Here you can devour a luxurious continental buffet with American items made to order.

Prices are USD 50.00 p.p. (all-inclusive) for adults and USD 25.00 p.p. (all-inclusive) for kids. Children of 3 years and below are free of charge.

LUNCH A luxurious à la carte lunch is served daily from 12:00 PM till 04:00 PM at Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant or directly on the beach. Consult our lunch menu and start to get hungry.

BEACH & MASSAGESpend a day in our luxurious paradise.

BEACH DAY PASS

You can enjoy a day of ultimate relaxation on our beautiful resort and its private beach by booking a Beach Day Pass package for USD 50 per person. This includes a sun lounger, large beach towel, a bottle of sparkling or still water, a fruit snack, a beach bite and free usage of hammocks, kayaks, and snorkel gear. All additional food and beverages are not included and can be ordered separately from our Beach menu. The resorts infinity pool is only open to our in-house resort guests. A Day Pass is available from 09:00 AM till 05:00 PM.

MASSAGES

A day of ultimate pleasure in paradise is best complimented with one of our relaxing massage treatments.

At Baoase Luxury Resort, a wide range of spa services are available for you to enjoy in the comfort of our beautiful Massage Gazebo on the beach.

We offer a variety of beauty and body treatments such as body scrubs, packings with 100% aloe vera, massages (several kinds such as relax, deep tissue, hot stone), manicures and pedicures, make-up and hair styling. Reservations are required. Consult our complete Spa & Wellness menu for more information.

BAOASE BEACH BARWhen the warmth of the Caribbean sun gets you thirsty, quench that thirst with one of our refreshing drinks. Our open-air and fully equipped bar is located next to the beach and provides a relaxing spot to start (or end) your tropical day with a sparkling cocktail from our drinks menu or your favorite drink prepared by our bartender. It is a place to talk, meet and enjoy good company while enjoying the ocean’s breeze.

DINNEREvery day, the Baoase culinary team serves gastronomy in the tropical backdrop of our private lagoon. An à la carte dinner with a salty sea breeze on the side, and wines from all over the world replenishing the glasses.

Every night brings a grand excuse for gastronomy. You could sip a drink at the Beach Bar with live music on Tuesdays, feast during Fruits de Mer Night on Thursdays, devour the smoky dishes of our Culinary Barbecue on Saturdays or the delights of Asian Night on Sundays.

LIVE MUSIC EVERY TUESDAY | 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM

End a tropical day in paradise by sipping a cocktail served with some live entertainment at the Baoase Beach Bar. We invite the best bands of the island to finish off a magical night. Our Front Office is happy to tell more about the band of the week.

FRUITS DE MER EVERY THURSDAY | 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

On Thursdays, we share the bounty of the sea at Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant with our Fruits de Mer menu. Besides our usual à la carte dinner, the chefs prepare lavish Fruits de Mer at our live station. Fresh mussels, clams, crab, lobster and magnificent oysters from our local and international markets; they are all served to be shared for those who love what the sea has to offer.Our mixed platter allows you to create your own platter of cold shell fish. Or take the chance to indulge in our royal Ossetra caviar with classic garnish and blinis. Or the tasty Canadian lobster (USD 37.50 for half). All items of the Fruits de Mer menu can also be ordered as an appetizer or bites platter.

CULINARY BARBECUE EVERY SATURDAY | 7:00 PM - approx. 9:30 PM

The rich smell of smokiness and smolder is a regular at Baoase. Every Saturday, we fire up the grill for our culinary beach barbecue. For two hours, we will combine the classic Texas barbecue meats with tropical Mexican influences and modern European cooking techniques.

What is sizzling? The truest union of delicate and robust: Texas Prime Beef. During this dinner experience, you will be welcomed with an aperitif, homemade naan bread, tzatziki and hummus. The main dishes are served in courses and feature oysters, shrimps, short ribs, that top-blade Texas prime and many more. One can experience this night of gastronomic barbecue with aperitif for USD 95.

Of course, our à la carte menu will be available as well during the Culinary Barbecue. As there are only 20 seats available per night, reservations should be made before hand.

ASIAN NIGHT EVERY SUNDAY | 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Two destinations, one experience. During our Asian Night, Baoase brings a part of Asia to the island.

Every Sunday, Baoase restaurant is all about sharing, offering an Asian menu with a variety of bites and small dishes to share while the chefs prepare sushi at the live cooking station. You can enjoy our wide selection of sushi, sashimi, steamed and fried dim sum, tempura shrimps, seared meat and fish, spring rolls. and many more. After which you can indulge in our Asian desserts to complete your dining experience.

As these delicate dishes require our full attention, our á la carte menu will not be available during Asian night.

Picnic retreat.

A romantic evening under the stars – accompanied by exquisite

decorated picnic spot on the beach, a bottle of prosecco and

still water, a starter and main course of Asian tapas (sushi/

The Private Gazebo setup (up to 5 guests incl. VAT) includes a decorated gazebo on the beach, flowers, curtains,

oil lamps, and your personal note written in the sand. Dinner can be chosen à la carte or let the chef surprise you

with a culinary journey of 3, 4 or 6 courses as listed on our dinner menu. Our dedicated team can provide you with
