C/S SUPERTRAK® PLUSCUBICLE CURTAIN TRACK

Cubicle curtain systems provide an easy to install and cost-effective partitioning method in multi-bed hospital wards, which helps to offer some privacy to patients and staff. They can also be used as screening in retail/leisure changing rooms and shower areas.

C/S Supertrak® Plus combines a totally rigid structure with the flexibility of configuration to meet individual requirements. It has been used in hospitals, health centres, leisure centres and hotels throughout the world for over 40 years.

The system has been upgraded to bring additional benefits to end users, maintenance teams and installers, whilst still conforming to HTM 66, 2005. The overall durability has been improved in order to reduce ongoing maintenance costs and a number of Supertrak® components have been re-designed to make them faster and simpler to install. C/S track is now available in two standard lengths to reduce wastage on site and eliminate unnecessary joints.

The powder coat finish of the track is aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean. The system is offered in two standard colours to suit project requirements, or can be ordered in any BS, RAL or custom colour subject to quantity.

Runner Access allows for easy access when inserting or removing curtains (as required by HTM 66, 2005).

Runner Access Button can be purchased as a separate part, alternatively Runner Access can be incorporated into lengths of track for ease of assembly (Runner Access is positioned 150mm from the track end as standard).

Available in 90o and 135o options as standard, bends are supplied complete with Inner Connecting Pieces for connecting them to other track parts.

Supertrak® Plus can be fixed directly to the ceiling soffit by means of concealed screws (by others) located at 1m centres.

Track is available in 3 and 4 metre lengths to suit project requirements and minimise wastage on site.

Used to close off track end. Push-fit design ensures a neat finish without any gaps where dust or dirt could accumulate.

An aluminium rod located in Ceiling/Track Bosses.

When no suitablewall fixing is available, V-Hanger is used instead of Rod Suspender to prevent lateral sway. Fixed to the track and to the ceiling via Ceiling/Track Bosses.

Manufactured from self-lubricating nylon, which doesn’t require any maintenance, Glides & Hooks are available in packs of 50. Recommended usage is 10 no. per metre.

C/S Hooks have been designed to suit most types of disposable curtains used in hospitals. Where curtains are supplied with pre-fixed Hooks & Glides, many of them will also fit C/S track. Please ensure compatibility before ordering.

A selection of brackets is available to fix the track to the wall in a suspended system.

STA-006 - Glides and Hooks - 50 pack

Used to connect longer sections of track.

Used for linking adjacent cubicles where a return is necessary at the front of the track.

Used to fix the track end to the wall at 90o. Also used to create a tie-bar providing lateral restraint.

NOTE: Supertrak® Plus components are supplied complete with all fixings required to assemble the system. Wall/ceiling fixings are not supplied.

For situations where the angle between the wall and the track is not 90o.

Used where support is required when the track end returns parallel to a wall.

Acts as a junction where tracks are joined at 90o.

ANTI-LIGATUREAnti-ligature suspension components and wall fixings are available with C/S Supertrak® Plus and will securely hold the track and the curtain. When an abnormal load is applied, the anti-ligature components release their load. This can happen time after time without the decline in performance of the system. WARRANTY POLICY

Construction Specialties (UK) Ltd. (the Company) warrants to its purchasers that their Supertrak Plus products sold will be free from any defects in materials or workmanship and will meet the design criteria noted in our brochures when properly installed and maintained. If, in the sole opinion of the Company, a product covered by this warranty is defective, the Company will replace or repair it free of any charge. This warranty shall extend for a period of two years following the date of shipment by the Company. This is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and is the sole warranty extended by the Company. The liability of the Company under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, and does not include any responsibility for consequential or other damage of any nature.
