• January, 2006: EPA issued a Finding and Notice of Violation(SDWA PWSS NOV 06 011) t PRASA d PRDOH(SDWA-PWSS-NOV-06-011) to PRASA and PRDOH.– PRASA in violation of certain provisions of SDWA and NPDWR.– Required to PRDOH commence an appropriate enforcement action.– EPA and PR Department of Justice/Department of Health have
discussed possibility of joint enforcement action.
