ATM Installation and Project Management

Installing an ATM can increase business by giving customers another

reason to visit your premises and it can also make life easier for your staff

and customers as they have access to cash on-site. As part of our ATM

installation we employ experienced surveyors, planning offi cers, builders

and ATM advisors to make up the ideal team to handle every aspect of your

ATM installation. Project managers are on-hand wherever you are based in

the UK to manage the installation and handover so you can start to benefi t

Air Conditioning Installation and Maintenance

Specialist ATM Installations

Since 1998 we have provided everything from initial site surveying to

complete installation of ATMs to clients throughout the UK. We have

developed a vast knowledge and experience in all elements of ATM

installation so whatever your requirements are and wherever you are based,

we can off er you a complete ATM solution.

The service covers the following steps -

A desk top survey to determine if a potential site will be likely to benefi t

from an ATM installation.

An on-site survey to ensure that the ATM location and installation is feasible

and what (if any) planning consent will be required.

Full planning approved computer aided design (CAD) is used to explain and

illustrate the key information for the planning submission which will help to

ensure planning consent is given for the ATM installation.

A full planning application to gain approval for the project. As we have a

comprehensive knowledge of changing legislations and work closely with

the local planning offi cers, we will ensure your planning application covers

everything needed for approval, including The Disability Discrimination Act

(DDA).

The involvement of a buildings inspector is not a requirement for every site

and we have the knowledge and experience of the regulations to determine

when a visit is necessary.

Petroleum approval applications are required when we carry out an

installation at a petrol fi lling station. We will appoint a Petroleum Offi cer

who will be fully acquainted with the site to ensure all contractors at the

location work strictly within the health and safety guidelines.

CTS installation teams provide a complete on-site service for ATM

installations and work with you throughout the project to ensure that

the installation is fi nished on time and on budget. For every aspect of the

installation process we have an expert team to deal with everything from

electrical installations to ensuring a smooth handover on completion of the

project.



Our ATM Clients

Tesco:

CTS project manage the entire Tesco ATM

estate, along with the ATM installations. CTS

have managed the ATM estate for nearly

four years, in that time we have been key

to estate growth of almost 800 ATM’s. CTS

have vast knowledge and experience around

the complete infrastructure of an ATM

installation.

Alliance & Leicester (Santander):

CTS have project managed and carried out

full ATM installations within the Alliance &

Leicester estate for three years. The A&L ATM

estate is varied and will cover all types of

environments from Petrol Forecourt Filling

stations to Somerfi eld, Co-op (Scot Mid), and

a wide range of other retail types.

Bankmachine:

CTS have been Bankmachine’s main

contractor for the last eleven years. In this

time we have developed and enhanced

our skills and knowledge base by working

very closely with them. Bankmachine are

the current leaders as an independent ATM

deployer in the UK.

Alliance & Leicester

CTS have project managed and carried out

full ATM installations within the Alliance &

Leicester estate for three years. The A&L ATM

estate is varied and will cover all types of

environments from Petrol Forecourt Filling

HSBC: remote/branch

CTS are contracted by Carillion to carry

out a variety of ATM works on the remote

and branch HSBC estate. This will involve

installing into new sites along with

permanent removals and returning the site

to as was.

HSBC: Total services

For this project CTS are contracted via Fujitsu

to install a number of TTW ATM’s in Total

service station sites across the UK. These will

be either through brick work or externally

located in our security rooms.

HSBC:HSBC:

CTS are contracted by Carillion to carry

out a variety of ATM works on the remote

and branch HSBC estate. This will involve

installing into new sites along with

HSBC:

For this project CTS are contracted via Fujitsu

to install a number of TTW ATM’s in Total

service station sites across the UK. These will

Electrical works

Our team of NICEIC level electricians take care of the ATM electrical

installations. As our electricians produce work which meets NICEIC

requirements they have proven themselves in safety and competence and

work in compliance with building regulations which means you receive an

expert service with no compromises.

Quality control checks

As part of our project management service we perform many quality

control site visits to monitor the project’s progression and discuss any issues

with you and the teams involved. These visits take place throughout the

project including during the installation, at the handover stage and after

the site is signed off .

ATM pre commission

We aim to have your ATM installation completed quickly and

with minimum disruption and one way we do this is to ensure

that all ATMs are fully functioning prior to the delivery and

installation. As this process saves us time it means you save

money and the whole project becomes more cost eff ective.

ATM installation and fi nal connections

Logistics and transportation for all our ATM installations

are carried out using our fully equipped 18 tonne vehicles

which means we have the resources to accommodate all

ATM projects no matter how large they are or where they are

located.

Site handover

The site handover is a key stage in the project as it is the point

when the work is completed and where we ensure that you

are satisfi ed with the project’s results. All our installations are

carried out by experienced in-house engineers to an industry

approved standard which means the high quality of the work

ensures a smooth and swift site handover.

Reinstatement works (Dilapidation)

Reinstatement work usually involves restoring an existing ATM environment

to its original condition prior to the ATM installation. CTS complete a full

site survey to ascertain your requirements and then submit the details of

the project for approval. The standard works involved include everything

from building work such as new brickwork and studwork to specialist skills

such as plumbing, heating and glazing. During the reinstatement works we

ensure that we do everything required with the minimum of fuss.

Secure warehousing and bar-coded asset management

Security is at the forefront of our day to day activities at CTS head offi ce and

on location. All stock that enters or leaves our premises goes through a full

check in and exit process including bar coding and logging onto a database.

The items are tracked through the internal process to the completed

installation to ensure total peace of mind. Our fl eet of vehicles are also fi tted

with the latest tracking devices and deliveries and daily procedures are

monitored from our head offi ce.

Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems

In many buildings such as hotels, hospitals and universities,

the demand for multi-area air conditioning is so great that

VRF systems need to be installed. VRFs enable up to fi fty light

weight indoor units to be connected to a single large outdoor

condenser which responds proportionately to the number

of indoor units operating. Benefi ts of choosing a VRF system

include multiple options for design and installation, increased

energy effi ciency and minimum noise during operation.

VRF systems are the ultimate in fl exibility as individual indoor

unit temperatures can be changed independently, allowing

for personal choice as indoor and outdoor conditions change.

The VRF system off ers a year round solution to indoor climate

control.

Split Air Conditioning

How split air conditioning works

Split systems consist of an indoor unit (mounted on the wall, ceiling or

fl oor) which re-circulate the air in the room, cooling or heating it to your

requirements and an outdoor unit (condenser) which dissipates the hot air

into the atmosphere. This process cools the room to a more comfortable

temperature making the working environment much more pleasant. When

heat is required, the system will run in reverse, taking heat from the outdoor

condenser and transferring it to the indoor unit to heat the room.

The right split system for you

We have relationships with a wide range of manufacturers so we can select

the most appropriate system for your individual requirements. Once your

system is designed we will provide you with a clear proposal and quote for

the project so you know how the system will work and what it will cost to

install.

Multi-split air conditioning

For larger premises requiring air conditioning in multiple areas we off er

multi-split air conditioning systems. Operating in the same way as the

split system, the multi-split system enables a number of indoor units to

be individually controlled from a single outdoor condenser, making it the

perfect choice for business premises such as offi ces.

Up to four units can be operated in cooling only or heat only form, making

it a cost eff ective solution to cover a number of areas, whilst minimising the

space required for outdoor units.

replacement technology. Our expert staff remove and replace

the obsolete air conditioning units safely and with minimum

disruption. All refrigerants and equipment are then recycled

in accordance with the F Gas Regulation, reducing your carbon

footprint and ensuring the service is as environmentally

friendly as possible.

At CTS we off er a full range of security products which are designed to keep

you, your staff and your assets safe and secure including -

Cash/secure offi ce door

The cash/secure offi ce door comes as standard with an ASSA slam lock and

an ASSA dead lock manufactured to current British standards. The door

features a barricader bar fi tted on the internal skin of the door as additional

security if under threat.

Ballistic security door

This security door is fi tted with automated three point bolt

work (locks engage when the door is in the closed position)

and is made from material ballistic rated to current British

standards. The door is supplied with four security registered

keys and features a full length piano hinge and dog bolts.

High security MOE (means of escape) door

These doors are fi tted as standard with a high security Exidor

three point panic latch with optional external over ride handle

if required for access. MOE doors off er additional internal

security by way of a pad-lockable dropdown bar which locates

into either side of the door frame. A full length piano hinge

and spy hole are also included with the door.

Slimline revolving enclosure

Our slimline revolving enclosures are manufactured and supplied in both

a single and twin position format with ballistic material rated to current

British standards. The ATM is seated and bolted onto a turn table enabling

the ATM to be turned 90 degrees to carry out replenishment with ease. Prior

to installation the enclosure is fi tted out with electrics, lighting and locks in

our factory to minimise work on-site. This ATM enclosure can also be used as

a temporary unit.

Modular panelling

We provide modular panelling which is ballistic rated to current British

standards making it the ideal choice for a range of applications including

ATM enclosures, secure rooms and as security lining to cash rooms and

offi ces. This is suitable for both internal and external applications as it can

be adapted to fi t in with any surrounding and can be extended with the

minimum amount of disruption.

Rota-Plinth turntable

Derived from the slimline revolving enclosure, the Rota-Plinth provides easy

access whilst still providing maximum service clearances. The Rota-Plinth

is manufactured in fl at pack form, allowing access into diffi cult or elevated

areas. Its versatile application means it can be integrated into various types

of frontage, including aluminium shop fronts, brickwork, stonework or glass.

The enclosure is ballistic rated to current British standards.

experts SAPA Building Systems and we have experience in manufacturing

Operating under Quality Management Systems BS EN ISO 9001 and

providing the installation and distribution of aluminium shop front

systems, we off er our knowledge and expertise to advise you on any aspect

of your refurbishment.

Locksmith services

Whether you require security services for a private dwelling or

commercial premises you can be confi dent that whenever you

need the assistance of a locksmith, we are just a phone call away.

Once the call is made we will endeavour to have a locksmith to

your door within 30-60 minutes to carry out any works to the high
