Step One: E-mailStep One: E mail• The key to accessing almost all electronic services y g

offered by KCTCS is your e-mail username and password.

• Because of this, it is necessary to create an e-mailBecause of this, it is necessary to create an e mail account before trying to access any other KCTCS services.

1. Your Last Name (which I hope you know)

2. Your Student ID number (which you can get from your KCTCS registration documents or your advisor)g y )

The next screen that comes up will prompt you to enter a password for your account. This password MUST be at least 8 pcharacters long and contain both letters and numbers. In addition, the password

Accessing your e-mail account

Click here to logon to your e-mail account, you will need the username and passwordyou will need the username and password you created in the previous step.

Type your username and password into the appropriate boxes and click OK to log in to your webmail account. Please note that if you log on at KCTCS computers (at the schools) this step will not be necessary as you can click directly on the MS Outlook shortcut on your desktop to get your e mail This will not work however until you haveshortcut on your desktop to get your e-mail.
